The bento box is the same as the ones sold by Pack2Go and Better Bento. The carrier is the same as the one sold by Pack2Go. I like the blue color. To use, fill each section no higher than to the surface of the "T" shape or else it can't seal properly.Be sure to fill each section "bento-style" (fully) and it will fill up an adult appetite (my teen daughter has a good appetite and she is full after lunch). To seal, put the lid on, matching the seal lines on top to the same areas on the bottom tray. Push down at the center of the T on the lid before clicking the 4 side panels down around the sides of the bento box. It's tight, but it has to be!

Awesome, but not for small children.
Excellent product, does what it says, very effective. With that said, I bought this for my four year old. Sadly, he is not strong enough to open it. It is a little tough to open. With enough trying I could see him flipping the whole thing about, causing his lunch to spill. I really love the smallI profile of the soft cover case though, and we are using it with other containers instead. Would def recommend for any teen or adult, but this is not a small child-usable product, hence the 4/5 instead of 5/5 stars.

I have to say first , the customer service from this company is A++. I had a problem with my original shipment and they went above and beyond to promptly rectify it. My daughter has to carry a large binder in her backpack. This is the only lunchbox that will fit in her pack because it is narrow! It is not deep, but there is plenty of room. It will fit a regular sandwich and snacks/sides. I find it to seal nicely and have never had a leak, including between compartments. There is a pocket in the bag for an ice pack and napkin/fork/spoon if needed. My daughter is 11, and she can open it easily.

It looks like it's made from durable, heavy material, but one of the sides has popped up and I can't close it anymore. Not too big of a deal, but I'm still wondering if things will spill because it can't properly close.

This product is not good. First
This product is not good. First, it is hard to open or close, so it is not child friendly. Secondly, the middle section does not close properly, so the middle sections humps up. I used it a couple of times and now it is collecting dust!

Read this before you buy!!
I really wanted to love this lunch box. The concept is great, but it just didn't hold up to the advertising pitch of leak proof sections and a leak proof lid. The lid did not seal as expected after being washed ONCE on the top rack of a low heat dishwasher setting. Very disappointing for the price.

I bought this for my 1st grade daughter to take ...
I bought this for my 1st grade daughter to take to school. She's only 6, so her little fingers have trouble getting the top popped off. The lunch box carrying case is cute, but the container is just not child friendly.

Not what I wanted or was looking for.
Very ridged, certainly not thrilled with it. Wish I could have returned it but lost the paperwork. =(
