IsatPhone Prepaid SIM Card with 50 Units (33 Minutes)

I ordered a 50 unit/30 day Inmarsat prepaid Sim card from OSAT on 4/25/2023, sim card arrived many weeks late. Then when I went on line to active it I received the following message from OSAT "sadly the 50 unit / 30 day voucher is no longer available to be applied to your SIM. So that we can proceed with the activation, can you please confirm from the link below which voucher you would prefer and we will send over an invoice for the cost difference". I could not believe this! First they were many weeks late and then they do not keep their end of the bargain and want me to purchase a different Sim card. If I wanted to buy a different sim card I would have buy it in the first place and second how can I be sure if I purchase another more expensive sim card I do not recieved yet another message like above? They took my hard earned money and provided me with no sim card. This is absolutely not acceptable. If OSAT can not honor their commitment to their customers I will take my business elsewhere.

It did take about 3 days to get the card connected. Otherwise, it was great. If you need immediate connection, this won't work.

It’s been 4 days and still not activated, contacted customer service they just say to refer to the last message that was sent. Total waste of money!

Works great. Need to activate via email, tested from Nepal next day. Love it.

The service was reasonably reliable, but the activation process through Orbital Sat Com is kind of a pain and takes a couple days, for whatever reason. Next time I’ll try a different service provider.
