To try other versions of ISO perms if one fails
I have used another version of ISO perm for 25 years. My hairdresser applied the perm about every three months with no problem until about six months ago. The old version of ISO 2failed to curl my hair. We tried three separate applications over a few months with no response. So I did research and discovered ISO OPTION. It sounded right for my hair. I ordered it and had my hairdresser apply it. It worked!! I have curls again.

It works really well for me.
I have fine straight hair and a I like it curly and wash and wear. This perm works great for me. My regular hairdresser always used ISO 1, 2, or 3 and it was OK, but relaxed steadily over time, rather than just growing out. I had an appointment with a hairdresser who used this, with a spiral perm, on my now longer hair. It was the best perm I have ever had (and I’ve had many! ) sadly, I was not able to return to that shop, so I decided to buy this on Amazon. My regular hairdresser was willing to do the spiral and it came out great. My curls are tight and they are holding well. I also didn’t need to sit under that uncomfortable steamy thing as it doesn’t require heat. I don’t know that’s it s a gentle perm, but I use a lot of product in my hair (controlled chaos and biosilk) and I now have a head of firm curls that are how holding beautifully.
