Not all bad, but not quality expected either.
One hinge was broken, and one hinge was bent beyond repair upon delivery. The material is tough. Box is designed to not allow water to penetrate. It has a lip on the main compartment that rises half an inch or so inside the top, but the box is in no way sealed. I would not use this box in the bed of my truck for anything that could corrode. Bottom has molded depressions in the design, so if you want to bolt it down at a job site or in your truck, you should make your penetration through a raised area, so that water will not get inside when or if it is moved. The steel handle readily slides in and out with no resistance, so you can pull it, but you cannot push it. I would not recommend this box. It is tough to pull up stairs full because of small wheels, and I would not consider these wheels to be all-terrain.

DO NOT BUY
If you plan to lock the box or keep dust out, DO NOT BUY IT. It's a durable box, handle allows for mobility. But try to find a lock to fit this box, not worth it if you plan to lock stuff up.
