Very nice massager for a gaming chair
I barely got in this chair due to my family taking over it. The massager isn't strong but it is very efficient. The Bluetooth function is very nice on this chair. It's comfortable and it is so great it reclines so far back for a nap if you want. It wasn't too hard to assemble but it did take a while. It's quite big but it's not in the way though.

Comfy for all day use and holds up well
I bought this for my brother, since he works from home and also games as a hobby. He uses it 10+ hours a day. He really likes the chair. He is usually pretty hard on furniture-flops and has broken other furniture in the past. He assembled it the same day it was delivered. He's had it about a month and it has held up really well. I recommend this chair.

good but bad at the same time
the chair was comfortable i will give it that but i got this chair for Christmas and we got to open gifts on the 24th but on the 27th my chair decided that its recliner wanted to mess up now the chair falls back with even the slightest of pressure on the back of it for a chair this expensive it should not have this problem so quickly and they need to work on the manufacturing of the chair more

Excellent wide seat fully reclining chair
Years ago I fall off the window and broke my back, life was never the same afterwards. Constant back pain unless I am actively exercising and keep my muscles strong which greatly helps with the posture which further helps with the back pain. However, having small kids, a baby and working behind the computer I don’t get much time to exercise and lift weights to strengthen my back, so the pain is back. Just like the mattress a good chair is a must in my life. I am passionate gamer but with small kids I don’t have much time for gaming anymore, I also work from home and behind the computer and I do that a lot. Now enough about me, lets talk about the chair. This chair really hits the spot. It’s fully adjustable, you can rise it up or lower down to accommodate shorter and taller person, it reclines back and it can go all away down! The seat is WIDE! My kid and I both fit in this chair comfortably. You can nap in this chair! When typing I like to sit straight up which helps with the posture and the back pain but if I am reading, studying or reviewing something I wrote or a report I like to lean back and this chair can accommodate any position I want. Armrest is adjustable as well AND it comes with a leg rest too! I don’t sleep in the chair and don’t care for leg rest but combined with the massage feature- now you got the SPA experience going on. My husband and I take turns and most definitely he wants this chair too but I got the first dibs so the chair is mine.Anyways, the massaging pillow is not attached to the chair so you can move it around however you want. It will provide a decent massage but don’t expect experience you get at the mall or luxury mani pedi salons. Also, you have to supply power to the massager, there is no battery built in. I kept looking for one thinking it’s hidden. The seller suggested power bank and that works fine. It charges via USB. The cushion is thick and comfortable in a supportive way. I am 160ish lbs and this chair is built to withstand 350lbs, the cushion doesn’t feel too soft which is a good thing for me. It has speakers built in on the back of the chair at the shoulder height which provide good sound quality, not superb but quite good though. For gaming I prefer my Razer headset over these built in speakers. It comes with a giant size mouse pad that you can even place your keyboard over, you will still have a mousepad. The color is grayish black design. I wish the wheels would have a break. This chair is advertised as gaming chair but it’s more than that. It’s great quality versatile chair and it greatly helps with my back pain.

Not a Fan; Way too Much Wrong with This
I got this to replace a too big, nice leather recliner. I am currently sitting in said recliner and new chair is shoved in the corner...where all bad chairs belong. This had potential, good ideas but poor planning and execution; it fall short on every scale and every feature. So, I will just point out a few that bother me the most- I needed adjustable arms and this is no more so than any other office chair I have had... huge disappointment! The chair itself is lacks comfort; it is too hard, the material sticks to you and the shape lacks ergonomics that are standard in office chairs. Then there is the joke of a lumbar support, it is really, really cheap and not comfortable AND has do way to attach it to the chair! Even the cheesy ones sold on TV have a basic elastic strap! Now to the head rest, the adjustment part is an ill fitted cheapy piece of elastic. Then there is the foot rest- which is only a foot rest if you are 4'0" tall! I could go on and on, this is so badly made and soooooo overpriced. This was retailing at over $200 and is a more like a $39.99 chair. Dreadful.
