I love these snacks but they can cause anemia! I couldn't donate blood for the 1st time ever! I found out I'm allergic to fava beans! "Favism (G6PD deficiency). Favism is an inherited disease in which a person lacks an enzyme called glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD). When these people eat fava beans, they develop a condition called hemolytic anemia. As a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member who has been at goal for 18 months now, I'm always looking for healthy, satisfying, and tasty ways to treat myself when I get the munchies. This product absolutely takes 1st prize! The variety pack offers 3 flavors (they're all great, but my favorite is sriracha). Not only good as a stand-alone snack, but also great as crunchy addition to salads, or as topping for vegetable casseroles. And for Weight Watchers, each satisfying pack is only 2 Smartpoints.

These are probably one of my favorite healthy snacks. My mom found them randomly at a Costco in Michigan but I have never seen them there since. I since turned to Amazon for ordering them since local stores do not carry the small variety packs which are great for snacking. They are totally worth it, however, do a price watch and don't pay more than ~$21 for these. The price fluctuates a lot! I have probably ordered these 7-8 times on Amazon now, no issues, and it comes right in the box shown.

Read the ingredients. You can pronounce them all. And at just 100 calories with 5g of fiber, 7g of protein and just 1g or sugar, you get a snack packed with real nutrition and little else. Who knew broad beans (aka fava beans) could taste so good. These are crunchy and if you're like me and have savory/salty cravings, you'll be sated.You get a good amount in each bag, about a palm full as you can see in my pic here. They have a powdery covering (with all the flavor) so you get a bit of that on your fingers, but no cheeto's hands, that's for sure.I liked all three flavors. The sriracha is actually not too spicy, but has that hot sauce flavor. The BBQ has a nice smokey flavor, and the sea salt tastes anything but plain.

Glad someone told me about these because they are great. Box comes with 6 packages that are fairly sizable. They are packed with protein and really fill you up, which I was worried I would still be hungry. They are an easy go to snack when I need to grab a few pieces at work in between things. 1 serving is 1oz and each bag I have measured out (like in the picture) has exactly 3 servings which is great when I put them in baggies to take with me to work. I really appreciate the quality and time the makers put into these by being accurate on how much is in the bag. that really helps with people trying to keep track of calories and weight loss. Also, Love the taste, and they're crunchy which is awesome.

These are darn good! They really do satisfy for 100 calories per pack. I’ll admit, I don’t think I could stop at 100 if I purchased the larger versions they offer. I’ll admit that sometimes I don’t- I have the cinnamon and chocolate as well (also good) and sometimes I want something sweet after my savory!They’ve got some really good crunch to them, some more than others. I’m not an expert, but perhaps less than healthy teeth owners might look around?As far as flavors go: my favorite is the Sea Salt. It’s not as boring as it sounds. It’s more of a salt and pepper type flavor, with quite a bit of flavor too. It’s really good! Then the Sriracha, which is not hot, but more sweet & savory. Good. And the BBQ, which I’ve never loved in general, but I kind of like it with these. Overall, they’re very good!I agree with other reviewers, the price is all over the place. Grab a couple when it’s low!

Great snack during the day at work. All flavors are tasty When Amazon has around the @$22 price point it ends up being an economical deal. They has listed for $27 two days ago. But back down to $21 and change so worth it to buy.
