Relief shoulder pain . Only just received pen and so cannot give results as to usage,

I wouldn't recommend anybody buys this pain gone pen unless your arthritis is very minimal. The orange one in my photo is a lot better and I will recommend that even if your arthritis is very bad. As for the gel that is fantastic and to be honest with you my mum suffers a lot with arthritis and since using the orange pain gone Plus pen along with the gel she get a decent night's sleep which she hasn't had for about 3 years

This product is fairly easy to use. The clicking mechanism is quite stiff
