It works very well on certain fabrics. You must be careful that you are using it in the correct direction to work. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I tried to get rid of some hair on my dog’s storm comfort shirt and no matter which way I tried, it didn’t seem to work. It does work on other fabrics, however. I think including better instructions and a list of fabrics that it will work on would help. It did seem to work well on my robe and on the couch cushion. I also like the fact that the hair stays in the brush holder until you remove it. I hate having to clean brushes after every use. This product is extremely easy to use.

The good: It works great for removing hair off of furniture, but you must swipe in the direction of the arrow..I’ve yet to try on clothing, as I’ve not had any hair on my clothing to try...The bad: My dog is a Doberman, so she has very short hair, when I put the brush back into the stand, it does not remove all the hair on the brush..Other then that, that’s the only “bad”.

This just does not work. At all. I was super excited for this because it has really good reviews so I thought I has to work! My black yoga pants were covered in my dogs fur when this arrived in the mail so I immediately ripped it open to try. Complete flop. No matter how much I rubbed it on my pants, it did nothing. It maybe picked up a total of 4 single dog hairs. Then I tried it on my couch, same story. I tried every direction, and every angle imaginable. Seriously, where are all these good reviews coming from? Are they being paid to write good reviews or did I get a faulty product? Either way, a total waste of money.

We have 3 German Shepherds, 2 Shepherd Lab mixes and 2 cats. I have been trying everything to control hair on my furniture and clothes. This thing works. REALLY WORKS! I’m going to buy another for my car.

Doesn't stand up to my great Pyrenees. It can be weird about which direction you're going. There's an arrow but sometimes I swipe it wrong and put the hair back on. Just doesn't have much grip. A lint roller is better. The way it's self cleaning by putting the brush inside the holder works fine. Overall I'd go with something else. Kinda feels like a waste of money.

Underwhelmed by the effectiveness of this product. With three dogs and an affinity for black clothing...I am willing to try anything that can offer reprieve from the ever present dog hair accessories I leave the house with. I was excited for this, but found it lacked any real substance. The 3m sticky paper worked far better on clothes, and the pumice style stone was super effective on the furniture. This, on the other hand, has simply taken up residence in the junk box.

I have two furry cats and over the years have tried many hair remover products. This thing actually works and it’s easy to use. You slide it across furniture or carpet and it picks up the hair. Then you put it back in the chamber and it pulls the hair off and you can use the brush again. Then you just dump the holder when you are done.Super easy and worth buying!

When I first got this I was a little skeptical but then after the first use I was a believer I like that I don't have to buy refills or mess with ripping tape off. It picks up great and the holder / cleaner thing is like magic my kids love to do it.
