If you want dry feet, these can't be beat!
I wouldn't be without these on a rainy or snowy day! Although rather clunky, they're not heavy. They slip over your regular shoes, so you can get to work/school/wherever and just open the buckles and the Velcro and pull them off, leaving you in your regular shoes for indoors. Definitely the best wet-weather footwear I've ever found.I would recommend, if possible, buying a pair that comes with a nylon drawstring bag. Trust me, they're going to get dirty and muddy, and tiny pebbles will get attached to them, and you're not going to want to track that muck into your home - it's far better to take them off at the door and slip them into the bag. I suspect it's a little harder to find them like that these days - the last pair I bought didn't come with the bag - so think about getting a bag separately which will hold them. Another good idea, at least for ladies, who are likely to have shoes of different shapes: consider buying them in two sizes. My dress shoes and summer sandals don't take up nearly as much room as my regular walking shoes, making the Medium size just too large. I bought the overshoes in the Small size as well, and I wear them when I'm wearing less clunky shoes.

The gold standard
I got a very prestigious job in my field, requiring a good amount of outdoor work in the Midwest—known for it's dramatic weather. My coworkers all wear Neos and even lent me a pair until I could get my own. They're perfect; easy and quick to put on, lightweight but tough and they work perfectly.

I LOVE these boots!
Ok, so I live in Hawaii, where I really don't have any need for winter boots, but I visited my daughter in New York City in February, and needed some boots to keep my feet warm and dry. For all that walking I expected to be doing in Manhattan I chose the NEOS Villager Overshoe. I wear a size 8 women's shoe, and the size small fit perfectly over my Easy Spirit sneakers. My feet stayed absolutely dry, and I enjoyed wearing my comfy sneakers everywhere. There is some moisture buildup that I think is basically some condensation, but it was never enough to make my feet wet or uncomfortable. They do make a squeaky sound on just about every surface but that's not a deal breaker by any means. I even used them for snowshoeing! They packed up nice and small in my luggage too.

Postal Carrier Approved
My girlfriend is a postal carrier walking over twenty miles a day delivering her mail and packages. She struggled with finding a boot that was warm and waterproof yet light enough to wear for the duration of the route. These worked perfect keeping her feet warm and dry her entire route. Now she can wear any type of shoe and when the bad weather hits just slips these on. They are not insulated, but create enough dead air space to keep your feet warm. Coldest days she's worn these is in wind chills of fifteen below zero.

My favorite way to keep my feet dry
I have been using NEOS overshoes for years. The Villager is my year-round favorite: I walk my dogs through fields and in the woods, so I use these when grass is dew-laden and in tick season as an alternative to tucking my pant legs in my socks. I also use them as snow boots when there isn't a lot of snow (I have the Navigator style for deep snow and snowshoeing).I purchased these in size small, which supposedly fits up to women's size 8 1/2, but my size 8 walking shoes (not a large or heavy shoe) just fits, so if you're looking at something larger than a size 8 you should consider getting medium.

The size is very boxy and not easy to walk in when I put my shoe in the boot.
Quality is excellent, perfect to keep shoes dry. However too big for my size foot and difficult to find something that would fit a true women's small 5 1/2 to 6

Could not find any overshoes locally.
I thought overshoes might just be a thing of the past. The Neos are pretty high tech for galoshes, and they fold up real nice to fit in the rain suit bag. Worth the extra $$ over the old rubber boots we had as kids, and much more durable than the thin rubber pull-overs.

Does the job!
Protect inner shoes from mud and water very well, totally waterproof. Easy and quick to get on and off once the buckle across the front has been adjusted. Do not get pulled off in thick mud. I have horses and these are very practical, I wear these all the time now to protect my leather boots. Tread design could be a little deeper as I have slipped in mud a few times, otherwise these are a very good product. I plan on purchasing a winter weight overshoe as well.

Zero stars
No stars. These have to be knock offs. I've had neos before and theses are cheap, with a super thin fabric and sole. I bought a small, and they are super tiny! I'm a female size 7.5. They fit my feet without shoes. No way I'm getting my boots in there. Waste of money, sending it back. Buying real ones from a local retailer.

Excellent Waterproof Boot, But Take Care with Sizing
An excellent waterproof boot. The sizing is accurate, but I would order the next 1/2 size up as I use them with a running shoe that has a sole that’s wider than the shoe itself. Also, I wouldn’t use this boot in winter conditions as there’s not enough tread/grip for icy conditions.

Very happy
Work for Canada post and these are great if you want to stay warm, dry and comfortable in your running shoes.

Warm enough, but...
These overshoes are warm enough for winter but have poor adherence on snow and even poorer on ice.
