Not for me
The fabric is scratchy next to my skin. There was no way I could get it securely fastened so that it would stay on without pushing my ears forward and causing discomfort. Could not stand it long enough to even attempt to sleep with it on. The supplier shows to be processing my refund, and I am appreciative of that.
