Lovely pattern. Real melamine which is light weight, dishwasher safe and very sturdy.

We use these melamine platters for carrying everything out to the grill as well as for serving all kinds of foods. Love that they are lightweight and durable, won't break if dropped on the patio pavers, safe by the pool. They are glossy and look like ceramic, so I keep them on display to add color to my backsplash, as you see in my pic. They're too big to put in our dishwasher but the glossy surface wipes clean really easily. Love this nicely priced set!

I have been shopping larger melamine serveware for a while- I compared several patterns and went with Talavera by Certified International. I'm so glad I did- these are QUALITY pieces, definitely much heavier than the typical melamine I grew up with, which is much lighter and thinner. The pattern is BEAUTIFUL and I have these on display on the cupboard shelves in my kitchen- they've given the whole kitchen a facelift! The colors are bright, vivid and the lines are perfect (NO smudges or "holes" or unaligned places). I looked at several patterns that I liked but it's scary to see a beautiful picture of the item online then read tons of reviews that describe the colors as dull and unappealing. This is definitely NOT the case with these- I'd say the dishes are even MORE awesome in person than the pictures online. I also think I made the right choice going with melamine- I know it isn't for everyone, but we recently retired and downsized into a much smaller home in the Texas hill country. I decorated my entire house informally with pieces I really like- a mix of stuff I inherited, country/antique items and items made in Mexico with that type of distinctive pattern/art. This Talavera pattern looks like something I could have picked up in Mexico, and it's perfect without going overboard. These melamine dishes aren't super heavy or breakable or formal like actual china, but they are durable, gorgeous, and I will actually use them to serve on. I could not be happier with my purchase- these are beautiful pieces I'll have forever that I'm also proud to display! Can't beat the beauty, quality, or price. Highly recommend- A++++++++++

Certified International never disappoints. Love these melamine serving pieces and will be ordering more from this set. They are heavy melamine (a type of plastic that has a porcelain look). Easy to care for. Great for entertaining indoors or outdoors.

It looks like stone but it's not. It is more like Corelle dishes. The colors are vibrant and they look as described in description. I bought as a gift for a friend.

Bought these to match the plates i got these are great for indoors or out, if you drop it, not a big deal but they have the look of much more expensive ceramic plates, do not microwave them for more than 60 seconds they get to hot, could be painful if sensative to heat or a kid.

These look ceramic but they are melamine! Love them!
