Oribe Serene Scalp Thickening Treatment Spray, 4.2 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

Pretty awesome. I was losing hair on the top of my head and around the front sides. I've been using this for about 5 months now and and my hair has actually grown back. It's pricey, but if you have hair loss issues it's totally worth the price. It lasts for a good while also. I've just started on my second bottle.

I love the majority of the Oribe products I have bought. Some things are worth just a little extra money for the quality. I absolutely love this product. My hair needed an extra boost after giving birth to my son. I still continue to use this product and I feel that it give my hair a little extra volume and oomph that it needs. I also think that it helps keep my hair healthy and flattering because of what it does for the hair strands and scalp. My hair is fine, long, and neither oily or dry. It is not voluminous.

I originally bought this spray in a salon. After washing your hair, ou spray it on the roots of your hair around your scalp and when you are finished styling, you can see that it really does give your hair an overall boost avoiding that flat look. It claims to actually stimulate growth which might be true — its hard to tell. Expensive but worth every penny. There are other similar products out there but they are too gooey or too powdery to apply. The fact that you can just spray this solution right at the roots makes applying it quick and convenient. However, when I recently ordered this from Amazon, it came in an Amazon paper envelope. The pink box was opened and crushed and the cap was off. It looked like someone had sprayed the product on the pink box. Never had this happen with another product from Amazon. I had to return it and found elsewhere to purchase it.

What this absurdly over-priced product will do, and do very well, is temporarily make your hair look fuller for that day you use it. And then you'll apply the next day and get the same temporary thickening, etc.If you want it as a daily temporary thickening of your hair, I would give it 5 stars. I just have to deduct a star due to its outrageous price for so little product.There is no scent that lingers at all, which is great. It doesn't leave any kind of brittleness to the hair.Oh, and one more reason to deduct a star: There are no specific instructions on the bottle other than spray on and style. There is no mention on the product that you should rub this into your hair with your fingers, or how much of the product to apply.

This product seemed to work, but I had to discontinue use since it dried out my scalp.

Okay. Okay! This Oribe hair thickener is horribly expensive! That said, this is my second purchase of it. I have really thin hair and, when this is applied to dry or damp hair, it REALLY WORKS!,

I’m not big on writing reviews but making an exception for this product. I have struggled with baby fine, thin hair all of my life. Everything that promises volume just weighted my hair down or did nothing. And I have tried it all. But just a week into using this product and my hair looks more voluminous, fuller, shinier, and has required less teasing, hairspray, etc. usually needed to look great. Two sprays onto the crown onto wet, combed hair along my part and bangs is all I need.I was super reluctant to try this based on the price but for me it has been worth it. I finally have the hair I’ve been looking to get all these years. It’s definitely worth the try!
