So most nasal cannulas for adults are too big for me. I have smaller nose and this works well. It’s soft and feels good against my skin. I sleep and wake up with it in place.

My wife is on Medicare and needs things they pay for, but she has been unable to get ahold of her worker for several months and her voice-mail is always full. I have started ordering her needs at our expense, and needless to say we WILL BE making changes in our provider this next enrollment period. I bought the things she needed in sufficient quantities to last until we change providers. By the way, her provider the last two times sent only five cannulas and they were the wrong ones, AGAIN! I ordered 50 and they were the right ones the first time. I am very pleased. There are only a few choices, I ordered the ones she described, and they were what she wanted. I guess her worker had better things to do than pay attention to her needs.

I have bought these for my mom. She has to have 24hr oxygen and doesn't get enough canulas from the company that supplies her oxygen machine. These are reasonably priced and work great. It just takes awhile to receive them.
