I ordered ARTIMEX Wooden Swedish Ladder in April and I was contacted by lovely people with courtesy taking my order making sure that they preparing a right size! The service is good.Overall I like the product! The material is good and solid, it is well treated and looks quite nice and sporty the same as we had in sport hall when I was a child and did gymnastics.But It has to be improved to be more practical and to be more competitive on the market!1. There are no simple instructions how to assemble it step by step (believe me if you start in wrong way you may be tangled how to do it right)2. There are screws which are very fragile and if you break in the middle of the way you may be end up in trouble.3. Second from the bottom rung could not be fixed and would be left rolling which sometime makes difficult to step down from the ladder after exercise.4. And most annoying is that it is a bit shaky and I had to install myself an extra fastener in the middle of ladder between the side rails.If those points would be eliminated and the product would be improved that would be the best one the market, I think!
