1st order the pump did not work at all. I got sent a replacement. The replacement worked but if water doesnt go through your hose, take off the plastic nozzle! Tye nozzle created pressure and restricted water flow.As soon as I took off the nozzle the entire system worked perfectly.Amazon provided free shipping of the defective product and I will send it back for free at UPS (amazon gives you a barcode with shipping instructions)Overall im happy with the product now that it works

Good product, works perfect, well packaged, no noise, would definitely buy again. My last one lasted four years, for the price you can't beat it. Good little ATO pump setup.

Bought a few of these. Simple to use at a good price (one of those items that most brands charge way too much for). After a month one of mine started to fail. I reached out to Digiten and received a near immediate response. A few email Q&As and they sent me some replacement parts. Turns out the splitter had failed. All good now. The customer service was 5-star. I would have given the product a 5-star except for the initial issue. The others I have are working fine.

I've been using this for over a year now, and it has worked flawlessly until just now. Something in the sensor malfunctioned, and it sent all of my ATO water into my tank. If it was just a freshwater tank, it would just be a mess to clean up. However, I have a saltwater system and this lowered the salinity to dangerous levels. Yes, I saved $50 by buying this product. However, I just lost hundreds of dollars in corals, fish, and invertebrates. I have learned my lesson and will buy a more reliable product next time. Oh, yeah the emergency shut off sensor is a nice touch, but yeah it's a little too high to do anything good. My tank was overflowing, and it wasn't even close to shutting it off.

This was so easy to set up and has worked like a champ since day one. For someone that didn't know how it what they were doing this was super simple and easy to set up

Been using this top off system on my salt water tank and it has worked flawlessly for months. Well worth the cost.After about 6 months the plastic bracket holding the water level indicator broke. I glued it and it lasted about 3 months. They need to make the bracket out of better plastic and not the brittle stuff. Have to buy a replacement bracket.After 11 months the pump stopped working. lets see if they honor their 12month warranty or not.
