Great product but you need to install it properly
I have done lots of research and this appeared to be the best cost effective solution for my 92 FS brigadier. I received the item in a couple of days and I’m happy to say the product is exactly as described and fit perfectly to the beretta. Now, be careful when you install it.. if you try to place the curved extreme of the rail over the trigger guard the rail adapter won’t fit and if you try to force it, it will scratch the frame under the barrel. You need to leave about 0.5 mm space between the rail accessory and the guard. You will see that once installed it would fit perfectly. The installation took me about 3-4 minutes.

Does Exactly What I Expected!
Does exactly what I expected; allows accessories on a gun without a rail. I found no issues with quality or fit (my 92 FS is Italian manufactured). Can't imagine why you would bend the ears where it touches the gun...I found the fit to be very snug which it should be; I don't want my light moving as the pistol recoils. Scratch your pistol?...well, yea if you aren't careful (field stripping a Walther PPK will scratch the pistol at the trigger guard unless you're careful). I guess I can understand a laser not staying properly aligned due to the demands of targeting with a laser, not due to the rail system but mine doesn't seem to move. I did snug the screws up with a back and forth pattern...the rail needs to be evenly installed to fit properly. I found the installation intuitive if you look at it a couple of times, but hey...guys...how about some instructions???! (thank you YouTube). I guess if I expected a factory fit I should have bought a pistol with a rail on it, huh?

Very good product, fit perfectly, just not for me.
I am not sure what others have an issue with as I read other reviews, but this fit my Beretta 92FS milspec like a glove. Was a perfect, tight fit and was pleasantly surprised. Only reason I marked 4 starts is I did, however, end up sending it back. Not because of he fit, but for me the trigger guard attachment for the rail put the light (I chose to buy) just out of convenient reach to turn on with the trigger finger. I am perfectly willing to admit that I could have tried other lights, I just chose not too. Rail is heavy grade and durable, allen screws worked perfectly. Great product with good fit, just wasn't for me.

It works, but not out of the box
Shipping time was fine, the packaging was good and it came with instructions, however this accessory will not fit your 92fs right out of the box. First, the two raised 'ears' on the top and front of the device that contact the frame of the pistol will need to be bent outwards in order to properly mate with the frame, they are too tight otherwise. The vertical piece on the underside is actually two brackets that connect through a wedge-shaped piece that is part of the accessory body, the screws that hold them together are small and finely threaded, and these brackets are meant to clamp this thing onto the trigger guard. First, the dimensions are all wrong, and if you try to tighten this thing down without modification, youre likely to strip threads off the screws or just not be able to thread them on at all. This whole thing is made of aluminum, and youll need to take a dremel to either the wedge-shaped vertical piece that the clamps mate with or widen the holes in that piece that the screws go through. If you use this, be prepared to lose some finish off of your gun...I myself may be using jb weld to basically make this thing a permanent modification to the pistol, and would be duracoating everything afterwards. If you want to save money or fool around with a cut-test-cut-test project, then this is the right one for you...otherwise fork over the extra 40 and try out something else. NcStar isnt exactly known for high-quality products.

Really couldn't suck much more
Wow.........I really cannot believe what a poorly designed, misrepresented piece of junk this thing is. "Misrepresented " may be too strong since I went back to the product description and it DOES say "easily mounts" . Doesn't mount anywhere near flush in the cradle and slides all over the trigger guard but Yep it mounted. I kinda feel mounted to the tune of almost $23 too! Thinking I could salvage this unit I spent literally hours filing on this toy. Do a little, stop, remount and repeat over and over. I saw the flaws in the design and corrected the cradle till it fit totally flush and even got the clamping area to the trigger guard to compress like it should (was a huge loose gap prior). Took it to our new 5 star local shooting range and proudly pulled it out with folks on either side of me in the clear walled range and pulled off a couple shots. I noticed the guy on my left looking at my gun as well as the Range Master. "Obviously impressed I got this rig to work or is something wrong?"lol So I drop my clip and clear the chamber to find to my embarrassing horror the damn thing has slid all the way out of position to the curve of the trigger guard and is pointing at the floor!!!! Before my mods it did that non stop no matter how hard tightened in case there is a "shouldn't have filed it "proponent in the crowd.Very, very disappointed, do not waste your hard earned money on this item

Excellent accessory
This fits my Italian-made Beretta 92F perfectly. Nicely machined, feels solid and secure. I could deduct 1/4 star because the mounting screws are about a thread and a half too long and don't fit flush to the other side, but I can dress them down with a file.

Poor design, pain to install
There’s not much to love about this solution, other than it’s cheap. The M92FS has a sloped under barrel, this does nothing to compensate to bring the mount level. Hard to fit snug as well, needed multiple attempts to install correctly and the screws are very hard to align. No directions included to provide techniques to make it easier. Cheap parts, they got worn from slightly over-tightening. Finally got everything going and after 4 rounds at the range it came loose and I was back to square 1. I chucking this and going with a pricier solution.

It was nice and small so it didn't make the barrel bulky however it didn't quite line up correctly so I had to make some adjustments but overall a very nice addition to my baretta.

Doesn't mount properly, isn't level to the gun, and broke first use! Do not buy this.
