I keep multiple boxes of Sleep+ on hand - it is the only sleep tea that works for me! The flavor is pleasant enough to drink without a touch of milk or sugar. It works for me within 20 minutes and that makes it priceless!

I have been using this for one year now before this tea. I would take so many things to try to fall asleep medications gummy‘s sleep aids everything cough cough medicine nothing would help me sleep. I tried two of these teabags certainly did not think they would work oh my God I now order it constantly you have two teabags and with a little lemon and honey the taste is amazing. You go right to sleep within 15 minutes. It’s not a joke. It’s amazing.

I think this definitely has more mint flavor than products on the regular store shelves. Still not as strong as German quality, but it's good enough for me to drop 5 stars. Would purchase again.

I tried this flavor in a sampler pack and really loved the taste. It was almost sweet without being sweet (probably the fig) I only drink decaffeinated tea and get tired of the same blends. I always love the Twinnings brand so that was an added bonus.

Gift item, received well, they said it tastes good and helps them when not feeling well.. good flavor and value..

Excellent taste Very relaxing

I didn’t expect to love Twinning Sleep as much as I do, but wow it’s been a total game changer for my nighttime routine. From the very first night, I noticed I was falling asleep faster and waking up feeling actually rested (which hasn’t happened in a while). It’s gentle, doesn’t leave me groggy in the morningHighly recommend if your brain won’t shut up at night like mine.

The tea itself is yummy. But I paid $28 for a "Pack of 6" and they only sent me ONE box. And then they removed "contact seller" options from my order screen. WTH? Most expensive tea in existance. I am really upset. Maybe I should drink some of this tea.
