The large is absolutely perfect. I mentioned the Eczema because he REFUSES to ...
I got these for my father who has Multiple Sclerosis and Eczema on his arms . He is wheelchair bound and although he is 5'7 and 140 pounds--he needs oversized shirts that don't bind or bunch or twist or get in the way. The large is absolutely perfect. I mentioned the Eczema because he REFUSES to wear short sleeves in any kind of weather. These are extremely breathable, easy to take on and off, wrinkle free, durable through many wash cycles and he loves bright colors. He loves them. They're comfy and can easily be warm with another layer. They're very versatile and great for young men who jog or for sleeping or lounging. What's not to like? Dad has these in every color.

NOT like other Russell athletic shirts, 360 line
Not the same as the dri - power Russell 360 shirts. Or any other Russell athletic shirts we have several short and longsleeve. Was disappointed, feels super cheap and thin material don't expect any moisture wicking or warmth qualities. Doesn't dry fast like the other Russell shirts we have. Is baggy in the forearms but fits as it should for a 3x everywhere else.

Good job keeping the sun off my arms.
I read a lot of reviews about this shirt before I purchased it that said these shirts ran very big. That is mostly true. I am 6'1" and weigh 240lbs. I usually wear XXL t-shirts, mostly for the length. I usually have a little trouble when buying long sleeve shirts because it seems I can never find one with sleeves that are long enough, but then don't fit like a tent.I bought this shirt in XL and XXL so I could try them both. The XL fit nicely in my torso. It is not a stretch, tight fitting, athletic shirt, it basically fits like a normal t-shirt. The sleeves would be perfect if they were about 2 inches longer. The XXL was VERY baggy on me and the sleeves could have been about 2 inches shorter. I ended up returning the XXL and keeping the XL.I bought this shirt specifically to wear when riding my motorcycle on very hot sunny days to see if it would keep me cooler, and it does a very good job. I wore it on a 400 mile trip over 2 days, riding in about 90+ weather. I felt cooler than if I'd had the sun beating down on my arms all that time. As I mentioned above, the sleeves were a little short, and the hand holes are not very tight or fitted and have no elastic so very quickly the wind had them riding almost all the way to my elbows pretty quickly, defeating the purpose of wearing the shirt. I ended up wrapping tape around them loosely and tucking them into my gloves and that worked well to hold them down. I'll probably buy another one in XL.Update 7/14/16- I decided I liked it enough to buy another one.

... long sleeve Russell brand similar to this that he loved and wanted more
My husband already had a long sleeve Russell brand similar to this that he loved and wanted more. Thanks to Amazon, I was able find them for him in several colors. I already knew they ran slightly small because of the one he already had being an XL. I ordered XL (he usually wears a L in all other shirts$ and the XL’s fit him perfectly.

true to size, thin long sleeve shirt
I got the purple, and really? this shirt is exactly what I wanted! Very thin material that can be worn in any temperature, and the synthetic nature should do a good job of shedding moisture. I'm a mens medium with long arms, and would say this shirt is true to fit, but if you have long arms like me and want 100% coverage while moving around, you might size up. I don't mind the arms creeping up a bit when I'm moving around, so I'm good with the medium - it also will layer better at the form fitting size. I'm skinny, and this shirt doesn't have a lot of extra material. Larger builds would likely really fill this shirt out.

TOO SLIPPERY/SLINKY
A long time ago I discovered the benefits of L A Y E R I N G to keep the heat of my body in. SO... I usually wear an undershirt under and another shirt (short sleeved) OVER it. I'm lazy so I try to take them all off at once, BUT because it's so slippery, I can't do that. It's a yellow that's got more brown in it. Niece but weird.

Great Lightweight Breathable Outer Layer for Protection from the Summer Sun!
I was looking for an affordable lightweight breathable outer layer to wear outside for runs during the summer. I am fair-skinned and was pleased with the amount of protection these shirts provided! The Russell shirts are a little more of a loose fit than what you may be used to for your particular size. I tend to wear either a small or medium shirt depending on the brand, cut, etc. I ordered a small and felt very comfortable on my 5K runs. I am 5'7'' and the length was perfect! It is form fitting without feeling like a second skin. I will definitely order more in the future once these are worn out.

I think that only Hulk Hogan can fill out these sleeves
The material of this shirt felt fine, but the shirt was way too large. I am a big guy and ordered a 2X, but this was hanging off of me especially in the arms and wrist. The shirt was hanging off and drooping like it was a bath robe. I want to believe that if I just went down one size it would be ok, but I feel like I would need to go down 2 sizes just for the sleeves to feel good but the body of the shirt would be too small. I have another Russell Athletic DRI Performance Shirt (Dri Power 360) and if I lay this shirt down flat and then lay the other shirts over it, I can still see at least 2 to 3 inches on each side of the body and an inch on each side of the sleeve. Going to return it.
