Sunsweet Naturals Suprafiber, 10.6 Ounces

I have gastroparesis and this is the only fiber my doctor will let me take. The only problem is that it doesn't taste very good if you just lix it in water. I put it in my morning smoothie and don't even know it is there. My doctor likes this because it doesn't cause bloating.

The product is all natural fibers, and balanced between soluble and insoluble types of dietary fiber, and it works very well as a supplement for regularity. I combine it with Nopalina in a shaker with diluted pineapple juice after the evening meal for effectiveness by morning without laxatives.

Really works well to maintain regularity. It beats Benefiber and Fiber Choice plus it doesn't make you gassy or bloated. I take it each evening with an aloe pill. It's grainy so I mix it with at least 8-10 ounces of really cold water.

I have been using this product via Amazon for 2yrs. Due to having chronic back pain & taking prescribed pain Med ,Suprafiber does the trick to prevent OIC(opiate induced constiparion)

This stuff works well. I had hard time finding it in the store, so I am very happy Amazon has it. The taste isn't bad, it is a lot better than drinking prune juice and it works!!! I put a scoop in a water bottle, shake it and drink it.

Best fiber for me. It tastes so natural and very effective. The powder is extremely fine. There must be a reason to make this fine. I used to buy this at Walmart but now the only way to buy it is from one of the vendors on Amazon. I hope Sunsweet continuous to manufacture this product.

It’s fine nothing major. I take fiber and probiotics religiously. Not as good as I hoped.

I have tried practically every fiber uh under the sun. This, along with sunfiber has cured my life long severe constipation. I take one heaping large spoonful (1.5 T) daily along with 2 scoops of sunfiber.
