I'm glad I did
I'm not a diabetic, but I recently started a Ketogenic diet and and have noticed huge improvements to my energy levels and ability to concentrate. I've also been able to curb my appetite and eat relatively healthy. When I first started this low carb diet I bought Ketostix at the local CVS, but after spending almost $45 on 2 packets of 50, I decided to search Amazon. I think there was something wrong with the bottle that I received. I've had them for about 10 days now and not one time did it show that I was in ketosis. I went to the local drugstore and purchased another bottle brought them home and use them and it had a immediate reaction showing that I was in a high level of ketosis. I don't know but I think I might have gotten a bad batch from you but I did like the little urine cup

Works slow, stopped working, annoying support
They work for a while but quickly dry out and lose their potency. Also, these work much slower than other products on the market (40 seconds as opposed to 30 or less) and their customer support people hound you early on for positive reviews. I assume so they can get happy customers based on the price and how the product works before drying out. I've tried 2 other brands and while this was probably one of the cheapest, it was also the worst in everything else.

Not for me thanks
They seem very cheaply made and I wrongfully bought them for the price. I am doing the keto diet and it isn't real important that they are 100% accurate but these are worthless to me. The pads are not evenly colored with a darker edge. I would spend a little extra if you want a usable product

Not sure they're accurate...
Very disappointed. Started Atkins about 10 days ago. Three days in I tested for ketones. Only a trace. No biggy. Waited another 2 days and tested again. Showed up to 60mg! I was thrilled! Finally in ketosis. Tested agan the following day at the exact same time of day and it was now down to ZERO! How does that happen??? And it's been testing at nothing to a bare trace every day since then. Something is definitely not right with these strips.

Great Strips
I ordered this product and while waiting for shipping I saw another review that says the ketone strips don't register from the product. So my natural investigated nature I went to CVS and shelled out $23 for a bottle of strips and used them and compared with the strips I got from amazon the same day- the colors were the exact same. I have had some before that went bad from leaving them in my small bathroom and I think the humidity/heat made them go bad. So I make a point now to store the ketones in my kitchen cabinets away from light and heat. Hope this helps. Down 60 lbs in 2 years and loving life. A good value. I have normally used the Ketostix brand, but tried a few orher brands. These work just fine at a much better price. Get quick, clear readings, which is what you want. The urine cup is a bonus, for it is better to collect a little urine to test rather than testing in the stream which can remove some of the reagent material. I will be buying this brand again.

Waste of money
Strips are defective. Color does not change. I was upset because I thought I was not in ketosis after 2 weeks so I bought a different brand of strips and I was in fact in ketosis using a different brand of strips.
