love that it does not have anything but monk fruit to sweeten which is hard to find there are usually other sweeteners included like sugar alcohol types .

In my weight loss quest these past few years I've tried all kinds of food and/or protein bars. I've finally found my go to bar for the long haul. These and their Primal Thin Sweet Cream are excellent. One they taste great. Two they are have only a few ingredients all of which I am fine with and like. Three they have such low sugar and high protein it fits the diet I need in order to lose weight/ maintain my weight goal. I had previously tried all kinds of bars with fake sugars etc and I realized I could not stand those. After getting near my weight goal I started to try the more mainstream ones with real sugars in them...whoa! too sugary both in taste and in just plain excess content of the stuff. I quickly got off those and thankfully found these. Just plain excellent stuff. Glad to be a customer and support a company making such fine products.

These are the best bars I've ever seen in terms of ingredients and they provide great nutrition!

Pretty good tasting bar and has a good chew with peanut texture. I like it better than the sweet cream. But be warned, the tapioca fiber can get you bloated more than other fiber types.

Simple ingredients, clean, and filling.

takes great. low sugar. low calorie. can soften in microwave for 10 seconds.
