I've had this less than a month but am very happy with it so far. The quality appears to be very good. The fit to my chair back is perfect, and the cushion stays in place, no sliding out of position. The memory foam conforms to my back and puffs up firm again as soon as I move away from it (a good thing). It feels great when I resume sitting back against it and feel it soften into my contours.I hope the quality lasts because I am really liking this product. My chair is not made for a woman's size and has a concave chair back. That doesn't work well at all for me. The lumbar support cushion makes a world of difference in keeping me sitting up straight and relaxed with support in all the right places of my back.

I recently replaced an office chair I've used for over twenty years. The only replacement I could find that had the one feature I needed (flip-up arms) at a reasonable price was a so-called "gaming" chair. The common characteristic of these chairs is that they don't support an upright posture while typing, video editing, etc., because the back is typically scooped and angled at a reclining posture, typical for gaming.I gambled that this pad, when flipped upside-down, would fit that scoop in the seat back, and provide ergonomic support, and it does so perfectly, with no uncomfortable lumbar pressure point. The material is soft, not clingy, and fits nicely as you lean back into it. Very glad I picked this up. Highly recommended if you're looking to deal with a similar issue.

The first one I bought was very firm and supportive. I bought two more but they were softer and not as supportive. But, that was ok as I use each one for a different seat: work chair, car seat, and desk chair at home- so overall, they work well in different settings. But be aware that each cushion could be a different firmness level- so they need better quality control.

It’s comfortable and soft BUT all of the diagrams in the listing show it as fitting from seat to top of seat back with the lumbar support in the lumbar region. The actual item is shorter than expected and in order to line the lumbar support with the lumbar region it needs to be lifted up. That works fine when you are sitting with your back against it but once you stand up it slides down to the seat and has to be adjusted up again. I am looking for something to add dimension to my seat back with lumbar support. Unfortunately this product won’t work for that. I give it 3 stars because it can work for some I’m sure, but when you rely on the images in the add the item you receive falls short.

I've been working at a desk job for the past 2 years. Randomly a few months ago, my lower back started hurting throughout the day. My lower back pain got to the point where it was damaging my quality of life. I couldn't stand for more than 15 minutes at a time before I had to sit and rest my back. So I went on Amazon and ordered this chair pillow on a whim. I'll be honest, I was skeptical that this thing would work. But boy did it. I've been using it for over a month now and my back pain is completely GONE! I use this pillow in my work chair and when I'm driving. I had to use it for about 3 weeks before I started noticing results in my lower back. I'm glad I stuck with it because now I have zero back pain. I can't believe it worked but I'm so glad I took the chance.

It's tiny. I should have not even opened the tiny vacuum packed plastic it came it, but it looked folded so I thought it would rebound and be larger... nope! Might fit on a tiny task chair. Does not fit my executive chair at all. It's also way too mushy and not nearly supportive of my long days, goes flat retains heat and the elastic doesn't grip my chair and it slides all over.

As someone with a history of chronic back pain from degenerative disc disease and a herniated L5-S1 disc, I was skeptical about the use of a lumbar support device. Recently, I had another flare-up resulting in debilitating severe pain, but I refuse to take pain killers due to the horrible side-effects I experienced in the past. My wife suggested a lumbar support device, so I ordered this and received it the next day. Within hours of attaching it to my office chair, I began to feel lower levels of pain. After using this for just two days, the pain levels are bearable and can be controlled with over the counter medication. I cannot say that everyone will experience the same amount of relief, but the cost is negligible enough to give it a try. Definitely recommend this product!
