I made a loaf of bread with this flour the day I received it and it was delicious.

Brown rice flour is gluten free and Non GMO food, healthy and tasty, and the USA product.

I used brown rice flour for flouring my bannetons when I make sourdough. This brand is ground finely and does a great job of preventing sticking.

It's brown rice flour, not much else to say

I ordered this brown rice flour instead of my usual Authentic Foods. I did this to save a few dollars, which was a mistake. Product arrived with a slit in the top of the bag. This flour is NOT as finely ground as Authentic Foods which makes food have a grittier texture. I will not order this brown rice flour again.

I definitely recommend buying brown rice flour with this company. I bought brown rice flour with them so, I could bake treats for my dog. My dog loves it.
