IFor best experience Get the App
The Honey is a tracker for finding those items you've misplaced. Attach it to your keys, wallet, purse, computer, luggage or even your pet for added peace of mind. Wherever it is, feel safe you will be able to track it down using your phone. From last seen GPS location to sparking the LED, the Honey is the best Key Finder on the market! Even use the button to find your phone and take hands-free selfies. Use with Bluetooth 4 compatible phones such as iPhone 4S or above running iOS 8.3 or above, and Android 4.4 (BLE compatible). When searching for the Pebblebee app look for the yellow bee icon. Apple iPad users, please change the drop-down to the iPhone category to find with ease.

Handy Tracker
This is a cool little device. I put it on my keys. Through the app, you can sound a chime to find your keys or turn on a blinking light on the device, which I found handy when my keys were buried at the bottom of my purse. You can also use the button on the tracker to find your phone, and you will - the alarm is LOUD. The camera feature is especially cool - you can use the tracker to active the camera function and take a picture on iPhone (I have an iPhone 5c). Since it operates via Bluetooth, I was worried about it draining my battery. I turn it off when my keys are nearby, and turn it on when I need to activate the tracker, which seems to work fine without reducing my phone's battery life. This worked well for me last last week when when I wasn't sure if I left my keys in my office bathroom or kitchen. I turned on bluetooth, activated the chime, and found my keys immediately. The reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is that the instructions for set up and use aren't detailed enough. For instance, you have the ability to set up alerts based on how far away the tracker is from your phone, but those ranges are just described as "getting lost" and "out of range." I would like more specifics, especially since the phone alarm is super loud - I wouldn't want it to go off every time I leave my office for a work meeting without my keys. When I was setting up the device, I kept accidentally setting off alarms because I wasn't sure what the buttons in the app were for. I figured it out after a few tries, but better instructions in the app would make this a 5-star product.

Great! But could be better.
I go through and close all my apps frequently. However, I found out the hard way the keys leaving or pressing the button only alert your phone if the app is open. Also it would be nice if I could set it to ignore my silent mode (I have a lot of meetings and leave my phone on silent). So the pebblebee app has to be opened, and your phone cannot be on silent in order for it to do its job (Tile does this well). Both are software tweaks that could be changed to make a superior product. It works great other than that, and does as advertised.Another idea is making one specifically for the wallet, shaped like a credit card fitting snugly, and less like a flattened marble bulging awkwardly. All in all I would buy it again, I can work around the two complaints. I did research on lots of others and this one still won it for me.The ihere 3.0 was a very close second because it gives a direction arrow and feet away, where as the pebblebee only gives a more/less lit up bee hive the closer/farther you are. The pebblebee won it for me in the end because it has the leash functionality (makes noise on your phone if it is leaving the 30 ft range) which the ihere does not have. (Though my 3rd place "Tile" does have)

Lousy product and buggy app. Never did work properly. Don't waste your money.
Complete junk. I bought the Pebblebee Honey instead of the Tile because of the replaceable battery. My DD lost her car keys and luckily someone turned them in, otherwise it would have been about $400 for a replacement. I bought her this Pebblebee to help her keep track of her keys. FRom the start this device had serious issues. I never could get the iPhone app to work. I paired the device, but whenever I would launch the app, it would crash. My daughter had limited success with her Galaxy running Android. I asked her recently about the Pebblebee and she told me it quit working a long time ago. I bought a replacement battery, and now the LED light stays on (a common complaint among other users). The device will not pair. This product was nowhere near ready for primetime when it launched. Buggy product and lousy app. Don't waste your money like I did.

Nice Tracker, but Comes with Dead Battery
I've used a lot of these bluetooth trackers and so far, this is my favorite. Yeah, it's a pain that it's hard to open without a special tool, but I just keep that handy with the little carrying case in my "junk" drawer and I'd rather it was hard to open than that it was too easily damaged, or didn't stay together once opened a couple times. There have been a couple times where it didn't seem to pick up my device even when nearby but generally it's been more reliable than some other similar trackers I've used, and the alarm sound is nice and loud. It compares fairly well with Tile which is my very favorite BT tracker in terms of features but with the bonus of having a replaceable battery. My one complaint is that they don't have anything in the device to protect the battery so if they sit for awhile in storage, you may end up with what I got... completely dead batteries that I had to pay to replace in order to even use the tracker in the first place. They should either have a plastic protector in the battery compartment or do what another tracker device Chipolo does and ship it with the extra battery.

Just save time and buy the best on the market.
Decided to buy it as I could save money and replace the battery when it dies. The battery went out after an year and I ordered replacement battery. Replaced the battery and it did not work. Just buy the Tile and replace it after an year that is the best solution. Saving a few dollars did not work as these tiny things don’t have much life. 😢 sad that my experiment did not work. But good learning.

I never even got to use it.
I REALLY wanted to love this. Right from opening the box I was disappointed. First, I received a pebblebee that had a dead battery. I went out and bought a battery for 6.95 because I planned on taking this device on a trip with me the next day. When I finally got to turn it on it would not connect to my iPhone or iPad. Tried do what I could which was restarting both my mobiles, pebblebee device and app. Nothing. I emailed the company but I'm not expecting a response anytime soon. I read on the site they will charge you a restocking fee if it is returned.edit: no response from company. Returned the pebblebee and purchased tile instead.

This device has a miss leading description and it is useless
This device has a misleading description and video from the company making it, they said the app will alert you when the device get out of range, but it actually don't do that in most times, it only do it when the app is open and in front, which is not the case with my iphone and most people phones, you need this device to alert you anytime and without the need to open the app and keep waiting when it get out of reach.2 they trick you that it is a GPS tracking device but apparently it is not, when you open the map on the app it show you where device was in its last time been in range with your phone, and it is not a realtime location3 since it is not a GPS tracking device one of its feature wont work at all, the one when the device get close to pin you drop on map unless the phone is close enough to the device.4 when the app is not in front and you click the button on the device nothing happen on your phone and that an other functionality don't work toothis device is useless and a waste of money!

Not sturdy enough to survive being bashed around in a pocket.
I bought 2 to keep track of car keys. both worked for a few months, before dying.... one died with its indicator light permanently on, the other still shows up in the iphone app, but no longer beeps when asked :-( . For something that is intended to be attached to a set of car keys, it is just not sturdy enough to last.

Gemisches Doppel!
