You get what you pay for - purchased adult size
Honestly, Party City has better wings than this. The picture is nothing like the real product. Its literally cardboard taped in a wing pattern with single feathers glued onto the cardboard, so the cardboard is very visible and cheaply done and it has no volume. I purchased for my 12 year old daughter and she was appalled at the poor craftsmanship; not to mention, I had brown/ yellowing spots on the right wing. It was too late to return, so I purchased some extra feathers to make it look better, I will post the before and after photos, but if you need this for a 6 year old or younger, this isnt a problem, but if you have an attentive 12 year old like mines, she wont be happy with the quality.First 2 photos are of the original product. Okay, so as some reviewers mentioned, you can see the cardboard sticking out on the edges. And the feathers at the bottom of the wings were a little smashed, either from shipping or being stored upright somewhere instead of flat. That being said, they are study, much more so than the $20 pairs that just flap around when you walk. So I bought a few extra feathers for a buck to glue on the edges. Because they are so sturdy, they are worth the $10 to me.

Nice
I had to buy 2 pairs & glue them together. They were smaller than I thought. Pretty sturdy, however the feathers may start falling. I just glued them back & the black dye from the feathers kept getting on my hands. But they worked for my Halloween costumes.

nice quality and easy to wear
my 10 year old daughter wanted to dress as an angel for halloween. these wings are a lovely quality with well adhered multi layered feather details on the back, they protrude a god distance out from her shoulders meaning they are nicely visible from the front, and they have a well put together elastic harness which holds them in place well when she wears them.

Disappointed
Didn’t get to use for Halloween but used it on my baby for a photoshoot. It started falling apart as I was removing it from the plastic it came in. Feathers were coming off on their own. I didn’t realize until after that one of the quill was poking her skin on her back until I removed the wings and saw a red round shape mark. I threw it away right after. I couldn’t use it a second time even if I wanted to.
