Bought this item as it looked big enough for me to use in my welping box as the dog on the picture is a large breed. When item arrived its way smaller than expected but thought I would try it out. Didn't even heat up which was not good at the time as puppies were just introduced to the welping box but luckily I managed to source a heat lamp in time. Not sure if I just received a defective one.

Bought for my puppy to keep him warm on winter nights, its ok, its not overpowering but is just enough, controller works well, if you want a really hot one this isn’t going to cut it but to keep a pooch warm I think its good enough for the price, 12 volt too so much safer

I wasn't sure what to make of it when it first arrived as we've never owned a hear mat. However, the cats are obsessed with it. They are usually difficult to settle in the evenings but this mat has created a perfect spot for then to lay out and sleep. I've also noticed their hair tends to come off on the mat which is great as I can hoover that up and it means less hair around the rest of the house 👏🏼

I thought this looked ideal for my elderly cat so I was looking forward to it arriving and seeing her enjoying the gentle warmth because she has arthritis. Sadly it didn't work as I had hoped. It either took a very long time to heat up or it didn't heat at all. I tried it for s few days but as it only worked intermittently I was worried it wasn't safe so I returned it.In fairness to the company though, it was free return and they refunded it very swiftly which is all you can ask really.

I bought two of these, one broke after less than a weeks use, it wont heat up any more. Annoying set up that every time you turn it on it re-sets so no way to automate this I have to manually turn it on at plug and thermostat and then manually set temperature every time it is used which is a pain.

NEVER WORKED! Bought similar one n that burnt my cat, overheats n the control panel lies, it gets hotter n hotter, don't leav ur pets alone wi this if they can't get away from it....

I bought this for my girl after whelping for her puppy’s. She is a shihtzu, size was perfect temp was brill nice soft covers for the matts and they give you two so you can wash as change them. Would definitely recommend and great price

My cat loves it! Seems to keep him warm and happy. The covers get very hairy and are quite tedious to clean.
