Update
Well, I received my replacement doll on June 10th. It works perfectly and my granddaughters were thrilled with it! This time one of the snaps on the doll's outfit was broken, so I switched the outfit with the 1st doll that I hadn't yet returned. Problem solved. Because the first doll was defective and I had to wait a week for a replacement, Bradford Exchange also gave me a 20% refund on my purchase price! They sent me numerous emails, keeping me updated on the whereabouts of my new doll. Now very satisfied with my purchase and my experience with the seller!
