Love this stuff, it’s spot on for margaritas and adds just the right amount of sweetness when cooking. I’ve used it in sauces, dressings and even a few desserts and it never overpowers anything. I’ve been using The Groovy Food Company Organic Light Amber & Mild Agave Nectar (250 ml) as a natural sweetener in my kitchen for a few weeks now, and overall I’m pleased with it. The flavour is mild and pleasant — not as sharp or overpowering as some syrups, which makes it great for sweetening tea, coffee, and homemade granola without dominating other flavours. It dissolves easily in both hot and cold drinks, which is a big plus for me. I appreciate that it’s organic and feels like a cleaner alternative to processed sugar. It also pours smoothly thanks to the light texture, though it’s still sticky like you’d expect from any nectar or syrup. I’ve used it in baking and on pancakes, and it works well, though slightly less sweet than I expected so I often use a bit more than the recipe calls for. If you’re looking for something sweeter or more pronounced, this might feel a bit subtle — but that mildness can be a good thing if you prefer gentle sweetness. Overall, a natural, versatile sweetener that performs well across drinks and recipes. I’d repurchase, especially for everyday use and it’s much cheaper than the shops!

Could not find this nectar anywhere , good old Amazon and the price was better than what I’d seen

I love this agave nectar, smooth and golden and can be added to anything that needs sweetening. I add to my porridge and also matcha latte. So much healthier than artificial sweeteners ( which taste horrible anyway) and is a low GI sweetener too. Easy to mix into whatever you need it for with a light caramel taste. If you stand the bottle on its flat bottom ( instead of the lid) you don’t get any leakage or stickiness.

Bought for my daughter, I always prefer to use the Groovy Food Dark Agave. Very happy with this Groovy Food product and have been buying for many years now to use in Hot Chocolate drinks and Porridge.
