I initially had issues with the toiletry bag I received and left an honest review. At a few initial bumps with customer service, one of the managers reviewed my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the solution. The zipper failed on the original purchase, but the replacement works fine. I think the zipper failure was an isolated incident and but indicative of the overall product production and quality.The manager took the time to listen to my concerns. She did more than she needed to make sure she could retain me as a customer, to include giving me a discount on another item if my choosing. I was also surprised to receive two additional toiletry bags. This was truly unexpected and it tells me that she was genuine in listening to my concerns. To be honest, just her listening and making that commitment to improve customer service was enough to retain me cautiously, but the above and beyond had made me loyal.I wanted a bag that I could use to store my hair styling tools for post gym cleanup. I wanted something simple for a couple of round brushes, a comb, and my hair ties. This seemed like the perfect travel companion to help organize my life.The canvas is nice and holds up well to abuse in a gym bag. My brushes fit perfectly and if I needed to fix my hair, I could reach in the gym bag in the dark and find this bag.Definitely worth the price.

I just received my authentic Wowbox Toiletry Bag today. I purchased it to go with my new Wowbox Duffle Bag. The toiletry bag is built to the same high standard as the duffle. It is fully lined with a waterproof liner to contain any liquids (in 3 ounce containers of course) that may leak while travelling. The toiletry bag is just the right size to contain everything personal i need to pack while travelling. It has a sturdy zipper closure with a leather tether for smooth operation, and a sturdy leather grab handle on one side for easy carrying. Since both the outer and inner materials of the Wowbox Toiletry Bag are water resistant, it should stay clean and new-looking indefinitely.I'm going to be putting my new Wowbox Duo to the test soon as I have a trip coming up. Purchased this for my boyfriend as a birthday gift. He had been using plastic bags for his travel necessities and I wanted to find a new option for him. It is large and durable. Similar in size as the toiletry bags that Pink Victoria Secretes use to give out with purchases. The look of the bag is clean, modern and great for any male who is likely picky about their "cosmetic bags". The handle is a nice feature and he usually carries it around by that. The price is more than reasonable for the product itself. Didn't break the bank and a great add on to any gifts for a traveler.

I think the style of the bag and material is great. But, it broke in the first use. We went on a weekend trip, and my husband was excited to use his new gift. When he tried to open it, it jammed and wouldn't move. It looks like the teeth are faulty. I'm going to try to exchange it, but I'm upset about it not working even for one trip.Update: the company reached out to me right after my review posted and offered to send me a new one. I ended up getting a new one and it works a lot better. Quality is pretty good for what you're spending

It's rare to find a cosmetic bag that is a reasonably compact size plus offers organization. It is made from a good material and it’s just very simple and perfect. A lot of bags like this have too many pockets and are odd sizes. This is not huge but it can hold a decent amount of products. I use this bag for my makeup and bath things along with my phone charger and headphones. I lose a lot of things in my actual bag so this is a big help. I was careful not to over fill mine to stress the seams or zipper and it works wonderfully.

This is a great toiletry bag. I got this for my husband since he's been using the same old raggedy bag since we met. Between going to the gym and traveling, it saw its fair share of abuse. I got him this bag just for traveling and he likes it a lot. It is attractive and holds everything he needs quite nicely. High quality for an excellent price. Highly recommend!!!

This was not only reasonably priced, but the quality of the product is exceptional. It looks like something I'd pay a lot more money for. It's also perfect for my needs as it is roomy yet compact. Great purchase for the money and I would highly recommend this to both travelers and non-travelers. As a non-traveler I use it to store hair accessories but could even use it to store make-up. Excellent build quality, very sturdy, and very roomy. It would be an excellent toiletries bag for traveling. Beautiful slate gray color, zipper works perfectly. Could easily hold 4 pairs each of socks and underwear, or toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, meds, etc., for traveling.
