Two Defective In A Row
At first glance this is a nice unit. It’s very quiet, I like the top fill, the night lights and remote control.I have TWO in my possession right now. The first one worked well for a couple of hours and then constantly shut off telling me there was no water in it. I saw other had similar issues. I followed every suggestion, but it did not work. I ordered a replacement - even though, I’ll likely be charged for both due to Covid-19 isolation and me being in an isolated area right now, I can’t take it to a drop off location. I sucked it up anyway hoping it was just defective and the replacement unit would work. 2nd one arrived a couple days ago. So far, it hasn’t shut off. I noticed water underneath and thought I spilled when filling it. Dried it all up. This morning there was a puddle on the floor below the nightstand. I dried everything again. Now I see that it’s leaking the water slowly from the base, constantly. So it’s functioning, but it’s wasting my distilled water (also very difficult to procure right now with the pandemic), and leaking on my night stand and floor. So I’ve now paid for two and they both don’t freaking work. And the only thing I can do is order a replacement or return it. I’m not paying for a third one. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I really need this right now for helping to stay healthy with all this going on. So will have to go spend additional $ on another unit made my someone else.

Actually nevermind, it's junk
There's a lever in the base of the humidifier that controls a valve, which controls how much water goes from the reservoir into the base where the sonic anodizer is. It's possible to seat the reservoir on the base in such a way that the lever sticks and water doesn't stop flowing into the base, causing water to rather rapidly leak out of it and onto whatever surface the humidifier is on. Furthermore, every once in a rare while (seems like a couple weeks) the lever gets stuck the other way and doesn't allow water into the base, so you have to pull the reservoir off and re-seat it. And you then have to be careful not to trigger the first problem I mentioned.I don't really consider this to be a substantial problem, it's easy to catch and prevent once you realize it can happen. The only real gripe I have is that is NOT an essential oil diffuser, despite what it says in two separate parts of the product's description. It even explicitly says in the manual, albeit in broken English, that you must not put essential oils into the reservoir or it will become damaged. Outright false advertising. But you get what you pay for. Don't be a chump about it.*Edit*Last night it began dumping water on my nightstand several hours after I had fallen asleep. I got up, fixed the problem and went back to sleep. This happened three more times that night until I gave up and emptied the reservoir. It wasn't even on. I'm returning this.

Super easy to clean, very simple design. Remote is very handy
Super easy to clean. This was one of my main criteria. Why do they design humidifiers so that it is impossible to get into the "chimney"? Unlike many others, this has a straight shot down the chimney tube. Easy peasy cleaning. The best way to use this is to use the remote. There are buttons on the front, but the remote is just much easier to use.You can set LED colors and light up the whole tank! Gives it a very Asian flair. Gotta turn if off at night. The power supply (in the wall plug) has an *extremely* bright green LED. At night, it will light up the whole room. I put a piece of black tape over the power supply. Problem solved.Over all, I give this a solid 10.

its Ok... just as good as a $20 humidifier
I don't know man. considering the price, i expected it to be really nice. its not terrible, but at best, it's as good as a $20 humidifier. the night light is nice. Remote only works within 10 feet. makes a loud beeping noise when yoi change any setting. so ill have to make sure its set the way i want BEFORE i put the baby to bed. nothing about it is terrible. but ill probably return it for something cheaper because its not worth it.

Overall a good buy
I don’t love that the little remote is the only way to operate this humidifier. However, it works well and the tank can hold at least 16 hours worth of water on continuous use. The initial set up was a bit problematic due to the instruction pamphlet being veryyyy poorly translated and vague. It’s a decent product though and perfect for my apartment bedroom during the winter.

Would buy again.
I love it! It is fun to set the various colors, diffuses my eucalyptus oil well, remote is nice to have when laying in bed.It states the recommended water level height is fairly low however, I fill it a little more than that because I like it to run all night.Good buy. May buy a second one.

Overall good, a bit loud and remote issues
Love the look and usage of this humidifier. Easy to fill back up and loved the idea of a remote. However, this remote is also interacting with my vizio sound bar. I'm guessing they must work on the same frequency. A bit odd, but the remote works fine aside from that. Also, this is not quiet. It's not so loud that it's distracting but it is definitely heard.

SO LOUD.
Had to return. The fan is way too loud, making it impossible to sleep in the same room with this thing. (For reference, I don't have any issue sleeping with a ceiling fan on, air conditioner, even white noise apps are fine. But this noise was unbearable.)It has an auto shut-off feature. Unfortunately, it randomly shuts off while plenty of water is still in the unit.I gave 2 stars because the remote control is a nice touch, and I did like the color changing. Aesthetically, I'm thinking the white color option may be a better option for a more sleek look. When the unit isn't lit, I don't love the contrast between the black base + lid and the white center piece. But that's just personal preference. That said, I would pick another humidifier. There are plenty of options here on Amazon, no need to make the same mistake I did.
