Only good for every now and then use
Very easy to install pretty much straight forward Worked flawlessly for me and my fiance in the basementUpdate : the pump has quit working and the toilet is full of water and I'm going to have to find a plumber to come empty it out disassemble itI guess if it was only used a few times a week last year's also keep in mind we never used a sink or tub with it :(
