They broke - out of the box!
The upper piece is only attached to the bottom piece only by millimeters of glue. Picture does not show you very well of that. So no need to say that they were broken into 2 parts out of the shipping box. I returned immediately. Terrible engineering, terrible design.

Very disappointed in the product. When I opened the box both napkin holders were loosening the box, and one was broken.

When I received these one was broken right out of the box, contacted seller and they said they would be replacing but never did. Not the best quality
