Have only been taking these for a couple of weeks so I can't say if they work or not but what I can say is that they smell awful.They smell like raw sewage!! I don't understand what or why these pills smell so bad and why they cannot manufacture them without the horrible smell. But I might have to find another amino acid blend and stop buying this one.

This stuff smells like wet dog, really strong. Absurd. Never buy it.
