Adar Universal Stretch Lab Coat for Women - 36" Tab-Waist Lab Coat

A flattering alternative to the typical boxy coat
Love the tailored look, deep (functional) pockets and the details like the metal snap-like things. I would normally wear an XL in tops and bought a large based on the reviews. It fit ok in the shoulders but is too small to button. I ended up ordering an XL which is just right. I’ll still use both as they’re both wearable. I’m 5’ 6 1/2”, 205 pounds, 39 in waist, B cup. It is a little shear but I don’t mind that. It doesn’t feel quiet as heavy as most coats and in a good way. So glad to be rid of those awful, generic boxy-fitting coats! I feel stylish, something that I didn’t think was possible.

Good fit for me!
As a reference I am 5'3 and 190lbs. Not exactly modelesque. I was looking for a new flattering lab coat since I recently lost 20lbs. My hospital provides lab coats but they are boxy and too long for me so I splurged. My other self owned lab coats are short and I wanted to fit in with the rest of my staff in a longer style. I ordered the Adar 36" as well as the greys anatomy 34". I read a few reviews that this ran big for some people and I usually wear anywhere between a 14-16 or an XL. I ordered the Large in this coat. It is a little snug across my chest but I dont usually button my jacket so I dont consider this an issue. With comparison to the greys anatomy jacket I like this fit for me better. The GA jacket I ordered was size XL (they notoriously run small) was a thicker material and about $10.00 more but the fit was not as streamlined. The sleeves were bulkier and the bottom flared out. This Adar jacket is a thinner material and maybe for some that will be a problem but at work I tend to wear neutral colors. It had a sleeker appearance for me and thats exactly what you want when you just lost 20lbs and hopefully more to follow!

Size and fit
True to size, light weight and very flattering.

A little thin
The fit was okay. It was a little tight in the bust for me, but it is "junior fit" and I have 38Ds. The reason I returned it was because the fabric is very thin. If the model was wearing any color besides white you would be able to see it through the coat. I wanted a coat that was a little thicker and more substantial. I ended up buying a Grey's Anatomy coat and I am very happy with the quality of that one.

Runs big
Material is nice and has some stretch which is nice. The pockets are a good size. Runs big. Pictures are an XS

Very flattering.
Love this jacket. It is very figure-flattering. I did have to shorten the arms sleeve because felt it looks nicer with shorter sleeves. Material is thin and more sheer. I'd say if you have a pattern shirt or writing on your shirt, people will notice but not to the point where they can read the writing on the inner shirt. Otherwise, I love the feel of the material - comfortable and stretchy. Would buy again.

Quality, thinner light weight lab coat
I’m 5’9” about 155 lbs, I normally wear a size 12, purchased a large and it fits well. It does come out a little wrinkled from the dryer but wearable. What I like most about the lab coat, is that it’s a thinner material than most I’ve purchased and a bonus is that it’s flattering. It’s more expensive than most, but worth it. Sleeves are a good length, I have long arms.
