I bought this tea to help with my sugar cravings. I'm not overweight but I have such a sweet tooth I constantly feel like eating something sweet. The lock down probably doesn't help but still I shouldn't eat too much sugary stuff. So I found this tea. Not many reviews to go by but I've seen reviews for another tea which caused people to go to the loo constantly and I didn't want that so I thought I try my luck with this one. So far I had two tea bags at the weekend. Not sure if it's a psychological thing that I drink a tea which is supposed to stop sugar craving so now I suddenly don't crave sugar that much or it helped straight away but I seriously didn't feel like eating that much sugary thing after having the tea. On Sunday though I suddenly felt a cramp in my stomach and had to go to the loo. Nothing major but first I started to think what I had that resulted it when I realised it might be the tea. So I stopped it for a few days as I don't want cramps but I'll monitor my cravings and maybe have one bag of this tea every other day or so. It tastes nice, I prefer the taste when it's hot but it's fine. All in all I would recommend it if you would like to try something natural to help with your cravings.

This is my second box. I have lost weight but for now, I can’t attribute this to the product as I’m also exercising and follow a diet. I will see how it goes with the second box. I do like the pepperiness but I am used to pepper. I do feel that this tea may aid digestion. I would have given this 5 stars but for the delivery. I had been waiting all day for it. Around 5 pm I checked my emails and saw one from Amazon saying my package had been delivered. I went outside to look and found it left on top of a flower pot. There was no knock all day and I have a designated safe place in case I’m not in. This was not used. The item was just dumped. Very disappointing, especially leaving something meant for consumption out by the street. I will be looking for another place to buy anything edible rather than getting it from Amazon. This isn't the first incidence of dumping my deliveries around flower pots when I’m in, waiting for them.

Been using this tea now for quite a few months. The taste isn’t that great but then again I don’t like normal everyday tea, I’m a coffee lover but it’s something I got use to pretty quick & now I quite enjoy it. I have a couple of brews a day of it & I think it does help with losing weight if you are on a diet. If I want a snack I’ll have cup of this tea instead & by the time I’ve drank it, I’ve forgotten about having a snack. I love all their different types of tea & have got 2/3 different ones but will be buying the rest of their range. Go ahead & try it & see what you think. You won’t be disappointed.

Not sure if it really is slimming as I did not experience any weight loss with this tea. The flavour takes a bit of getting used to.

I bought this but stupidly didn't read the full ingredients list beforehand. When I tried it I felt like my mouth was on fire because it was so spicy. This contains ginger, cinnamon, black pepper and cayenne pepper so if you are intolerant to strong spices (like i am), do not buy this tea. I tried adding honey but that didn't help so they will be going in the bin. If you like strong spicy food then this might be the product for you, but if you don't then it will be a waste of money, like it has been for me. This will teach me to read all the listing and look at the photos more closely in future.

Not sure if they work for weightloss or helping metabolic rate but tastes nice. I get 2 cups out of one bag, one morning & one lunchtime

Its my first time writing review, because really worth it. I got this tea 5 days ago and the reason for getting it is because I was eating a lot of sweets where I was eating sweets during lunch as well and not even having proper meal but I couldn’t stop myself I’ve tried a lot of ways but always it only last one day then I go back to eating a lot of sweets. Since I started taking the tea seriously I don’t feel like eating sweets at all even though when I got it I didn’t really believe it will do that my aim was digestion and maybe will help with the sweet issue but what I got not just that I don’t feel hungry for example today I ate 800 calories I started trying to reach number of calories needed and lost 1,5kg in just 5days I read that will make you run to toilet but what happened with me is opposite i got actually constipation which normal because I’m not eating and specially fiber so had to try to eat more fiber and didn’t take the tea the 5th day. However only 1 day I took the tea two times the rest of the day only one time and the first thing in the morning along with the tea and diet I’m doing intermittent fasting 9-5pm

I bought it to lose weight and for my sugar cravings.It definitely reduced my sugar cravings but I didn't lose any weight.Some reviews say about going to toilet frequently but nothing happened to me.Flavour was good for me because I like green tea.I just felt like I was drinking an expensive green tea. It says reusable tea bags upto 2/3 times a day.I guess that is just a marketing stunt.I have uploaded the pictures.1st photo is the first time use and the video and the 2nd picture are after 2nd time use of the tea bag.I used the tea bag 2nd time just after 1 hour to see the effectiveness. Price is too high compared to its effectiveness and value.I would rather buy detox green tea from the supermarkets.I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. I have given an extra star as it reduced my sugar cravings.

It tastes so bad you'll have to add flavor and sweetener to it and I didn't notice any difference in how I felt. It's just gross and useless.
