out of the 5 trays for dehydrating 2 fits great, 2 fits really tight to the point to where you pull them out you have to hold the oven to keep it from sliding. And one tray doesn’t even fit. Oven has preset temps and times that you can’t change depending on what your doing.

I use this oven almost every day.So many uses, and food tastes so much better than being microwaved.Heats up quickly without heating up the house. Perfect for summertime baking needs.

I love this convection /dehydrator oven!I'm dehydrating apple slices and they are coming out perfect without needing to move racks around. I cooked some chicken with the convection on and love the crunchie skin.There is one issue, hense only 4 stars and this is the oven wire rack is a bit to small or isn't wide enough and the rack will fall into the lower heating element easily. I solved this issue by wrapping wire around the side of the rack so it now fit snugly. The dehydrating racks are the perfect width and don't have the same issue. They need to fix the rack issue, otherwise it's the perfect oven.I've been looking to replace my beloved 40 year old farberware t4800 convection oven for over 5 years with no sucess until I found this one. I don't know why no body is making a convention oven that's also a dehydrator and is a nice size that holds more than 2 shelves but so far golux is the only one I've found. Thank you so much for manufacturing this one!Wish Golux would take a look at the farberware one and make one that size also, with 8-10 dehydrating racks, it was very simple with no computer, lasted a long time and big enough to cook a turkey, all for $200. You'd sell alot of them I'm sure...

I loved this oven but have had it less than a year and the bottom heating element has quit working

I just had a plate of soggy fries after 1 hour of cooking at 450.

Hard to use, instructions are mostly for dehydrator...did beef jerky work well. BUT the instructions are vague, still trying to use it. Door handle gets hot so when you open the door, it is hard to get your hand under the door to shut it without getting burnt

We are very much impressed with the space and operation. Having 5 trays is exactly what we needed to dehydrate our raw nuts and seeds. This is a big improvement over our last toaster oven.

2 racks were slightly too large to function properly. Seller shipped 2 new racks without any problems. I've used it for jerky and dehydrated fruit as well as roasting chicken and potatoes with no issues. It takes a while to pre heat
