If you are from bangalore, I will recommend you not buy this stupid machine, if some parts get damaged under warranty. You will have to get it repaired by a local mechanic ( which is very difficult to find in bangalore) , the company will only pay the repair charges, and say that they'll send the damaged part through courier (which I have not got till now) . Very poor service and worst product ever I have purchased. Go for natraj machine which is better then this machine.

At first it was good and at the second use the flour came out very hot and semi-blackish colour. Then I contacted the customer care and they asked me to clean and reuse it. I did the same,no use some of the flour was still blackish. After some investigation found that there was some damage in inner portion,where the blade moves. You can see the screws coming out in the image. The to notice damage on plastic cap just after two uses. After all this I decided to return the product. Returning an item as so tedious. Amazon refused to pickup and I have to self return the item. Customer care service of STC Atta chakki is good they helped in all possible way.

The media could not be loaded.  Worst product ever, i buy through bajaj finance, bajaj finance is charging interest on product. First they gave me filter but that filter vibrates more when chakki on, after that the aata is come outside chamber and in small stone like particles even 1 no. Sieves. No any standard and proper response from STC and also they refused to reolace although its just 10 days old. I will not reccomend to anyone. Very pathetic and hectic process. I am tired by calling STC everyday. Ata is not fine, check photos. Worst...worst...worst...

It's really plug and play automatic chakki, easy to use. Can be use with own convenience and also guaranty for hygiene as we r operates it at home.I really appreciate the manufacturer for replacing my machine quickly which was damaged during transportation. Good service...!!!
