I use it in all my sweet treats
I LOVE that it is so high in fiber! I don't use this alone in a recipe, because let's face it, nothing will taste like sugar other than sugar. However I have really successful dishes when I split the sugar between this and unrefined raw sugar. For example if the recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar, I would use half cup of raw sugar (When I do it, I use even less than that, a really scant half cup) and then a fourth cup of this (Because the ratio is about half to equal the same amount of sweetness as sugar) it doesn't have the bitter after taste of stevia and I plan to play with it more to find out if I can reduce the sugar and add more of this without it tasteing like it is lacking.

Only sweetener I use for Keto/Low Carb
Does not have the cooling effect that other erythritol based sweeteners have.Sweetens without an odd taste. Next to 0 glycemic impact.Their Brown Sugar version is the only brown sugar substitute that I use, as well.Tips: Mix in with dry ingredients and not in with wet ingredients as a recipe may require. When mixed with only butter and eggs, it becomes 'cement-like'. When mixed with the flours/dry ingredients before mixing with butter/eggs (wet ingredients), it mixes much better.Completely worth the higher cost. As ketogenic/low carbers, we don't eat as many sweetened foods as other folks so the cost more than balances out.

Leaves horrible tingly feeling and aftertaste when eating something baked with this.
A keto-friendly peanut butter cookie recipe that I tried called for this ingredient. I have tried many sweet and savory items published by the person who created the cookie recipe and I was extremely disappointed in the end results. Not only was this sweetener way more expensive than other Keto-friendly sweeteners, it tastes horrible, and the extremely odd cooling sensation in the mouth was in no way pleasant.

Though quite expensive, has nutritional value and is useful in many types of baked goods.
While I feel this product is crazy expensive, I like this sweetener because of its fiber content and usefulness in baking. The sweetener does have a little bit of an aftertaste which some people find not to their liking, but I personally don’t mind it myself. As with any artificial sweetener out there, you have to learn how to use it so that you get the taste you desire. I make a peanut butter cookie with this sweetener that half of us in my house really love and half cannot stand, so as with anything else, your mileage may vary, but it is a product I like to have in my pantry for baking. I also put it in my peanut butter cookie dough dessert hummus, and I especially like it when combined with peanut butter in general.

I like that it is natural
I like that it is natural. I like that is can be used in baking. It is sweet with some slightly bitter overtones, not unlike other artificial sweetners. Doesn't leave an aftertaste. There is nothing like real sugar. Using this from the standpoint of an occasional drink sweetner the cost is reasonable. If you are looking to bake with it, the cost is prohibitive.

This tastes great. I'm so glad this comes packaged like this--hard to believe it is so low on the glycemic index. It's promoted by some very trusted names like Russell Blaylock, MD and Dr. Leonard Coldwell, and Betty Martini (Mission Possible). This stuff is so harmless and guilt-free. I used it in a cookie recipe and the outcome was delicious--even when I added "too much" in a batch of cookies recently, nothing was ruined--on the contrary, it simply had a little more of its orange peel taste. :)

Pricey, But Good
Love the product. Hopefully it will become a little less pricey as it gains wider usage. When I tried to repurchase it, I could not get it from the same storefront at Amazon. Was offered another option from a different store for a third again as much. If I can't get it on Amazon for a similar price, I'll go directly to the original store's website. If it is affordable, it is nice to have it available for anyone who is hypersensitive to carbs.

Disgusting taste
Ordered this to bake a batch of almond cookies. The taste is awful, it leaves that horrible bitter aftertaste in your mouth that will hunt you many hours. Super artificially sweet and bitter. I’m so disappointed. Can’t believe I wasted my almond flour on this yucky stuff. I ended up throwing the cookies out and we usually don’t waste food. My family and friends didn’t like it either.
