Almost 400 pages, reading this will get you going far faster than parsing through the Zoho online help system.Step by step instructions for virtually everything you can do on the system, Index and TOC are flawless plus there is an extensive roster of procedures indexed by page number-perfect for your yellow highlighter. Over the years, I have written a bunch of documentation, so I can appreciate what a monumental task this must have been. Newbies or experienced users, an excellent use of $40, will save you hours live chat with the folks over in Chennai, India.

A fantastic book on Zoho CRM - thorough, well organized, plain talking, spiral bound so it lays flat, and a great value. I'm going to recommend it to all of my customers. Better yet, I'm going to feature it in an upcoming email campaign. Better than that, I'll going to buy some for stock and give them as a thank-you to my favorite clients! I've been a partner for 4 years and I'm learning to Tips, Tricks & Techniques from the book. We love the Zoho Quick Study Guide! Nicely written. When it arrived, I was a bit surprised at the size and length...thinking I'd never get through all of this, but I was wrong. The superb organization of topics and step-by-step procedures made it very manageable, The practical solutions--from the perspective of a User who needs it for their business; provides the insight into usability...not just functionality. The way each section is organized, plus the detailed Table of Content in the front,combined with the detailed Procedures list in the back..explains why its titled 'Quick Study", as I can easily find specific information and step-by-step guidance quickly. This study guide resides on my desk...not the bookshelf, as I find myself turning to it frequently. GREAT JOB! ZOHO continues to be the best CRM available today, and the best way to learn to use it quickly and effectively...is with this Quick Study Guide from Susan Clark.

Only great book on Zoho!

Really useful reference guide and teaches you everything that the programme can do. Only downside is that it is not printed / nor can you buy a printed version. As much as I love technology there is nothing better than a printed book to refer to.

Comprehensive with what Zoho help guides don't give you, and that is real world examples of how to use the software.
