Q: It looks like i have blown the fuse. where is it? how can i replace it? is there any guide anywwhere? thx

The fuse for the 12V plug attachment? Grab the plug and the end should screw off and there will be a cylindrical fuse like what’s in a household plug in there I blew one somehow a while back!

Q: Will this run a 32 inch tv

As long as the power load doesn’t surpass 300 watt when connected to a battery or 150 watt if on a 12 volt socket then yes but just be aware it is a modified sine wave so sensitive equipment like a TV or computer can be damaged by this

Q: Will it work with a 230v 50hz 500w drill (not portable)?

you would be running this inverter at or close to full rate and occasionally more as the force on the drill bit increased. this would shorten the inverters life span. wouldn't recommend. go for an 800watt to give you more variance in the inverters working limit. the peak power is meant to be temporary for the initial start up but using it repeatedly wouldn't be graet. hope this helps.
