Good Supplement, but...
I'm very familiar with EFA's and take them very regularly. This is a good quality, product. I would recommend this to anyone looking to supplement their diet with a good EFA supplement. That being said, I prefer a supplement that offers a higher dose per serving so that I only need to take it once, or maybe twice a day, depending on the need. My diet is fairly healthy so I don't need much more supplementation so a good supplement with a higher dose per serving is so much more convenient for me when I only have to take 1 or 2 pills, once a day. But that's just my preference. I am no expert in nutrition and I was offered this at a discount for my honest and unbiased review.
