Extremely well made
This is my second purchase. The first one went downstairs and after 5 years, it is still working perfectly. Toilet paper usage drops greatly. We put the second one upstairs. These are easy to install.. maybe 10 minutes. The heated seat is nice in the winter and the water temp is comfortable. It has all the pressure you could want. You can adjust spray position and pattern and most anything else... I just push the button. The blow dryer works well, but if you need to get going, you maybe need a quick pat pat with some paper. This thing is nice.. it looks like it was built in, it works very well, and it holds up for years. It will make you cleaner.. a regular toilet is not much different than an outhouse.

Great Bidet Seat!
A great Bidet seat!We have used Bidet toilets for around 25 years. We began using them after our first time living in Japan. The bioBidet is the first non Japanese seat we have tried and have the following assessment:Install: Very easy but you MUST have a GFCI plug in your toilet area. No plug is a non starter for almost ALL bidet seats and modern bidets. For the plumbing, I purchased an upgraded metal “T” Valve but the one included in the kit is very good too. The kit included all the hoses and fittings you need to install which is very nice.Setup: Very easy. You plug it in, install the batteries into the remote, set the clock on the remote, and you are done.Use: Seat heat is very good. Water heat is OK but often starts cold but warms up quick. This is the only markdown I have for the seat as a whole. Other seats did not have this problem. Water pressure is adjustable and can produce ample pressure if you need it!Features: Pretty standard for most modern bidets seats. One standout feature is a sensor on the seat itself that is activated when you sit. This prevents water from running when no one is sitting on the seat. This is a nice feature as I have had a bidet activate and flood a bathroom before. The night light is also a welcome feature.Overall, I have to say that the bioBidet is well worth the money, the only better option is paying substantially more for an integrated bidet toilet, with is 2x to 5x the price of this seat.

Not bad, but not for everyone
Well... this is our first bidet in any form. We bought it for the usual reasons, and installation was very straightforward. From removing the original seat and replacing it with the bidet was under a half hour. Operation is more "try and see" after reading the manual, and with the remote you can change settings on the fly. The heated seat and water are an absolute plus on cold mornings. The "air freshener" well... I don't really think that does much. But otherwise, it's a nice unit. That said, here's the "butt": at least for the round bowl units, it may be a little small for some folks. I have to wiggle a bit to find the right angle, and at least for me, a bidet function doesn't get me as clean as I thought it might. So prepare for some paper usage - the splashback is real. You will come away with a wet posterior.

Brilliant Product--except for the remote control
We purchased the BioBidet BB 2000 in July 2019. It's a great product and we love it, especially the seat warmer, and the warm water "bath". It is now five years later, and the bidet is still functioning just perfectly. It’s a great product—except for the remote control. A year after our purchase, the display screen on the remote soon started tilting to the right and displayed off-center. Later, two-thirds of the screen faded completely. Searched online for trouble-shooting suggestions, but there was nothing addressing this issue.Contacted the manufacturer (Bemis) and pleaded my case. They were quick to respond with another list of trouble-shooting ideas that were completely irrelevant to the problem. The only thing they offered was for me to purchase a new remote at FULL PRICE + shipping. No offer whatsoever to improve or resolve the situation or even offer a discount. Price from Bemis with tax and shipping was over $82. Searched Amazon and found it for $63 (and free shipping). Thank you Amazon!Don't hesitate to buy the BB200 BLISS. Just know that in a couple of years you will probably need to replace the remote. (And, yes, I replaced the batteries before calling.)

Everything I wanted and more
I've been a long time bidet user, ever since a trip to Japan forced me to confront my own hesitations by having them in literally every bathroom in Tokyo. However, having said that, I've only known the chilling feeling of ice cold water, only ever using a very basic bidet. With years of use under my belt, and no desire to stop, I finally bit the bullet and bought this fancy bidet. Man, it is everything I wanted - temperature controlled water, heated seat, enema feature, ability to move the want to line things up for further ease of use, AND it even came with so much that I didn't know I'd like such as the night light! The wireless remote so far has been flawless and easy to use, keeping the toilet more tidy looking by not having the options on a side arm protruding out from the toilet seat, and every feature has also worked perfectly as intended. I feel the air dryer is a bit of a gimmick as I still don't trust it to truly dry me completely without sitting there for much longer than I'd like, so the TP hasn't completely been eliminated from my bathroom, but it does seem to help with the initial dry and subsequently reducing the amount of TP used even more than with my prior bidet. Overall, very pleased and don't know how I ever went through many winter months prior without a heating feature, but now I'm a changed man and won't ever look back!
