I had been eyeing a Stojo for a while now. I love the idea of having a collapsible, reusable container for hot or cold drinks. Whilst I have not had the chance to use it at a public coffee house, I have implemented making my own coffees and tea to take with me, when I leave home to run errands for the day. There was no unpleasant smell, but I always wash products I will use to eat, on principle. The product is dishwasher-safe, I believe. But is just as easily able to wash by hand. The cup disassembled in three parts, and is easily reassembled. I have not experienced any leaks. HOWEVER, I will advise you make sure there is no liquid along the threads of the top lip. If not, the liquid that is sitting on the thread of the cup lid will drip down, making it seem like it’s “leaking”. But, I have not experienced liquids form inside the cup leaking out. It’s about the size and thickness of two hockey pucks stacked together. So, purse and backpack are ideal to put the Stojo in. Pants pockets probably wouldn’t fit th Stojo easily. And, in terms of heaviness, it’s not bothersome. It has some sturdiness to it, but isnt at all what I would call ‘heavy’. Overall, I’m still excited having this product, despite not having the ideal opportunity to use it in a public setting yet.

I have one for everyday use and bought two more for camping. Easy to pack because it's very compact, and when expanded for use it's very sturdy thanks to the ring that goes around it. The ring is also great for shielding your hands from hot beverages. We used it for coffee in the morning, and cool drinks in the afternoon and evening. I always use the straw, but you don't have to. Having the straw that also folds up neatly inside the cup for storage is very handy.

Nice compact design, though care needs to be taken with the screw top lid to be sure it's sealed tight or will leak, badly. I would not recommend this item for colored or hot liquids because of the lid closure issue and collapsible construction.

I purchased several for friends as gifts do to the ease and practicality of use. The lid with reusable straw is the icing on the cake. Because it collapses when empty I am able to carry in stadium friendly bag into stadiums with jo issue. No longer worrying about drinking without a cap/lid or tailgate running out of cups!!

I purchased this cup to replace disposable coffee cups when I'm on the go, and improve upon my current insulated metal mug, which can be cumbersome to lug around once empty. As the insulation wasn't very important to me, I figured this would be an overall improvement since it cold be collapsed and stowed inside a bag/backpack. Unfortunately not the case. While lighter and more portable than an insulated mug, this one is not fully leak proof, which is VERY important in any portable beverage container. Further, it's less useful than other leaky portable mugs, as it doesn't fit in the side pockets of a backpack, so all the leaked liquid will be inside your bag with your other items. I'm not fond of having my stuff wet or stained with coffee! However, the portability is still winning out for me, so I'll continue to use it, but will just always pack a (reused) plastic bag to store it within my bag.

Decent build quality. Silicone is around 3mm thick and feels quite stiff while still being flexible. Even with the plastic sleeve, the cup gets quite hot to the touch when holding hot liquids. This is NOT an insulating cup, so there was no expectation for it to keep beverages warm. My insulated bottle is too tall for most countertop water dispensers and coffee pod machines, so I use the 16oz version in the machines, then pour the liquid directly into my insulated container. Read the instructions and follow them. Wash with soapy water before use. Empty and rinse promptly after each use, let it dry out before collapsing for storage, and you can avoid odors and mold.

Between the both of us (my husband and I) we drink hot tea everyday, multiple times a day and it has held up over the past couple of months! So easy to clean and helpful that it collapses, we don't really collapse it much mainly because between the both of us we constantly have some sort of beverage in it. We live in a Van and hate having ceramic mugs because they weigh so much, this cup is so light and genius for a lifestyle like ours. We travel everywhere and having the option to collapse when we are finished with the drink is a great perk. We don't use the straw (I'm sure it's great)

I really like this cup's collapsible nature - easy to do even with arthritic hands (not always the case with collapsible cups). It goes in the dishwasher, and like any glass product can end up with water spots on it. Not a problem for me. It also goes in the microwave well and doesn't appear to leak. I wasn't confident enough to put it in my purse...but it doesn't leak when you shake it filled with liquid. I used it camping this weekend and appreciated all the features...only note, it doesn't hold heat well, but you can always use a cup holder/insulator...
