Just as good as the name brand nicotine gum.
I quit smoking years ago, but have been addicted to nicotine gum ever since. The flavor of this brand is great. The coating keeps the gum from getting smashed while extracting it through the foil, while giving it a little extra sweetness and burst of flavor. The perforation on the packing between the individual pieces can be difficult. That's the only real gripe. Compared to the "name brand" nicotine gum, this price is far friendlier on the wallet, and delivers the same nicotine dosage.

Nice strong cinnamon!
I tried the cinnamon 4mg and I like it. The flavor is great, strong cinnamon. I’m used to Nicorette fruit chill which I love, but wanted something more affordable. This is a lot cheaper. It doesn’t have the same consistency or feel, but is still really good and a life-saver. Also, very fast shipping.

very effective as a pre-workout
I use nicotine gum strictly as a stimulant before lifting weights. I'm pretty immune to caffeine and I don"t smoke or use tobacco-- so this gets my circulation going pretty well. And because I only lift every two or threes days, a single piece is all I need to get the effect. It doesn't taste great but I don't expect great flavor from anything containing nicotine. It hits the system fast and there's no undesirable come-down unlike Red Bull and powdered preworkouts. It just wears off.

The Worst
Not a single issue with any other nicotine gum I've used...until this. Avoid Rite Aid gum. Walgreens jacked up their prices on their nic gum so I looked for a new and easy to access alternative. Early returns were promising. It tasted good and packed a little more nicotine punch than the other off brands. But that was the end of the positives. Soon after, I started getting a stomach ache and burning feeling in my mouth. The flavor was then completely gone in about 10 minutes, leaving the gum dry and tasting like burnt rubber. After a couple days of putting up with this garbage I had sores on my tongue and cheeks that made eating solid foods pretty challenging and painful. This wasn't cheap so I sucked it up and dealt with it until I had chewed through the whole 100 pack. Switched over to Amazon brand and all my problems went away.

Effective but not cinnamon.
Although I do feel it is helping with my nicotine cravings, I do not like mint gum. I ordered cinnamon, it is labeled cinnamon but I promise it is mint. There may be some cinnamon in the coating but the gum is mint.
