These are well-made resistance bands ideal for assisting those learning to do pull-ups, and more advanced variations such as one arm shoulder hangs/shrugs/pull-ups. You may have to obtain more than one of different strengths depending on how heavy you are and also how strong you already are. A heavy complete beginner may have to get the full range and gradually work through them as strength and skill develop. A person with already good weight to strength ratio may only need one or two of the lighter duty ones. Other uses are instead of weights if attached to firm objects for resistance work- Ideal if going on holiday and can't take the gym with you.

There was some confusion regarding the delivery, but this was sorted out very quickly and it only arrived one day after stated. This was not a problem. The band comes in a useful net carrier bag and it also has a useful exercise sheet as well. This is a great deal better than the red band, which does not come with an exercise sheet nor a carrier bag. The black band seems a more flexible item, but this may have been my own fault for not estimating correctly the band that was best for me.

Amazing product! Bought this for my husband who is a personal trainer and said he love it! He uses these all the time and you don't even need to go to the gym anymore once you have this band as it does the same thing as a gym would do. Would highly recommend.

Black band snapped straight away from a simple bicep curl and the band hit my eye. Clearly cannot take the resistance shown in the instruction booklet.

Great bands and I have used on multiply occasions - comes with a zip pouch so it can be stored away nicely in your gym bag.

be careful ordering the strenght as they really are quite tough

I bought the green and is too strong. Good if you are doing pull ups and you need a lot of help.
