Medium Ash Blonde Natural Hair Color - 8C

My history with hair dye from a box is not a good one. I have previously come out looking like green or plum. So I was hesitant. However, with my gray starting to show, I decided to give EcoColors a try. My hair is dark blonde with some red.I was shocked at how awesome my hair looks. This color gave it a bit of lightness and covered all the gray and looks completely natural. And I don't mean in comparison to my bad experiences. I mean looks like I paid $150 natural. I left it on for 25 minutes from the time I started applying and didn't use the shower cap recommended for using with gray hair as my hair is only gray on the edges. But that didn't seem to matter. Still looks great. Have applied twice now and I will continue to buy indefinitely. Currently have 3 on my shelf.I buy 3 at once because the shipping is a bit expensive and it is not available for prime shipping. But it doesn't matter. This hair dye is the best.

Smells WORSE than so-called non-organic hair dye. The fumes literally made me dizzy. And the color came out horrid.

Well, I can't really give a good review since I had an allergic reaction and also didn't notice any color change whatsoever. I thought it was allergen free but I guess one can be allergic to just about anything. Hadn't been to the ER for about a year so that was super fun...

Worked great for me. Tested it first. No allergic reaction, and has given my hair a nice color. It hasn’t washed out either .
