This product is a life saver! Gives so much relief. I suffer with DDD and fibromyalgia, as well as arthritis in my back, legs, knees and neck. This product works really well to relieve trapped nerves, tight muscles and all aches and pains.Well worth the money.

These were just what I was looking for - a wide ranging, high quality set of massage balls for relieving muscle tension across the body. Very robust, I'm 105kg and pretty solid, and these are more than capable of supporting me as required. Great user guide too available online from them, and very fast response to any questions.

One of the balls is good. The dumbell shaped spine massager is good. I didnt feel like it was very deep tissue massaging but its ok

Great set of balls and very useful guide. A massage ball along with a massage roller are essential items for muscle maintenance keeping them knot free. I found them useful for massaging the neck muscles when I have a headache, it helps. Really liked the different textures of the balls.
