I used this thermometer last night while I was grilling Jamaican Jerk chicken thighs. It registered a fast and accurate reading each time throughout the entire grilling of the chicken. The length of the probe allows you to obtain accurate readings throughout the grilling without getting burned. Others I have owned have had short probes making it diffcult to get readings while grilling unless you are wearing some type of heat resistant glove which makes the entire cooking process awkward. I look forward to using it for a long time. I definitely recommend this thermometer to anyone wanting an excellent product to use with their grill.

I needed a probe thermometer for cooking and I was not satisfied with either of my wired thermometers. I read a lot of reviews and finally purchased this thermometer. I am definitely pleased with this purchase.I checked the readings for accuracy and it is spot on - 212 F for boiling and 32 F for freezing. I appreciate the ability to flex the head for easier reading.This is now my go-to thermometer for all of my cooking, grilling, baking, etc.

This thermometer is a great addition to the kitchen. It is "a must have" when making fudge and other items that need a high cooking temperature (230F +) so that the fudge will "set" properly. Most meat thermometers will not work since they stop functioning at 200F.

The thermometer arrived on time and is as pictured. Only problem is there were NO directions whatsoever either on the box or insert. While I used the on/off button, I had no idea what the other button with two choices, each with 4 letters whose meaning I didn't know, was for. It turned out,(I think) to represent F or C ratings. But I badly overcooked my first dish before I figured that out.

Great for anyone that is unsure of the temp of their chicken or pork. Reads fast and accurate. It is super simple to use and really works fast. I am making much better chicken now that I don't have to stop and cut open a piece or two to ensure that it is cooked thoroughly. Now my chicken is moist and always safe to eat. I use this daily and have never encountered a single problem with it.

My third thermometer should soon be on its way. While these may not be quite as reliable as some would like, the customer service more than makes up for it, and while they're functional they're fine thermometers.

New soap maker, looked at reviews and thought this was going to be ok for what I needed..WRONG.. Used it four times (literally) digital screen went blank. Does not work at all now. Thank goodness I had my home meat (non digital) thermometer. Saved my bacon, soap is fine and will keep my meat thermometer for soap and buy the same type as replacement for non soap making

Works really well, just comes to temp slow. First one ordered broke but they sent me a replacement that day. I have tested it several times and the temp is dead on.
