very light fabric, poorly sized pockets. sent back before use

I'm 6'3" 225 lbs with a 38" waist was concerned after reading the size chart that I should order XXL rather than XL. The XXL was too big so returned them and ordered two in XL that fit very good so if you are a really big guy the XXL has plenty of room. These shorts are very comfortable, fit good and have worn them while working in the yard on some very hot humid days. I do a lot of traveling for kayaking adventures and had been looking for shorts that took up very little space in my gear, were durable and quick drying. The length and fit is excellent for a big active guy like myself that are great for biking, hiking, paddling or just relaxing.

I'm a mountain biker in Arizona. The crotch ripped on the second ride. The Velcro on the side cinch straps doesn't hold and they just fold shorts back on themselves bad design and not durable. I do not recommend these shorts. Spend more money and be happy with a quality product. Fox is a better choice.

Like others said, great flexibility & breathability - durability yet to be seen. Not skookum as frig, but decent. Top pockets too shallow for most current smartphones; will fit in bottom pocket by knee and whack it while you head to the local watering hole.

I looked around and read several reviews before buying these shorts.I wanted to go without a padded liner to see if they fit and add padded shorts later if needed.These shorts are indeed very comfortable! The fit is close to the sizing chart.The material is very light weight a cross between spandex and lightweight tent material.The front pockets are very shallow and kind of useless, I rely on the the four leg pockets to hold things I’d rather not lose while riding.The zippers and snaps seem to be quality, all in all I’m happy with these shorts and will likely buy another pair

I have several of these style pants (different makers). This brand/model horizontal zipper pocket wont fit standard smart phones by 40%. This is the pocket that is easiest to reach and mostly used for cell phone storage. Easy to reach because the zipper is horizontal and closest to your hand when riding. Well guess what, they cheaped out and made the pocket super short. You can fit a credit card but not a cell phone in any orientation. You can fit the cell phone in the pocket that has the vertical zipper though. The normal hand pockets by the waist are also quite shallow. Shame. Just make the pockets deep y'all! Who doesn't like deep pockets? Seriously! :P Returning these.Oh, by the way, I'm 155#, 6 feet tall. I purchased the size small. I usually wear a 30" waist for most pants and Levi jeans. The sizing chart said small is 31-33" Well, these fit tight and made me feel fat and I'm not fat.

Very comfortable and light. Also it may not be 100% waterproof it is definitely water resistance from light rain.You can't go wrong with the cost compare to more well know name brand like FOX that you have to pay 3x more.I've only used it 3x but so far I'm very pleased. I like it so much that I purchase another one with different color.
