Delicious
Didn’t want to spend a lot of money on my first espresso maker and this had such good reviews I thought it was worth the try for the price. Sooo glad I did! It’s really easy to use as long as you follow the directions (there’s two sets of directions on the box so make sure you read both before you start!). It takes between 15-20 minutes from start to finish BUT the flavor is amazing. I usually split a pot between my fiancé and I and it’s the perfect amount. And as long as you don’t burn it it has a great flavor! And now my house always smells like espresso. It’s great. Love this product and I highly recommend!

Now that’s Italian!!
I got this a week ago and have made 3 pots. So far so good from a well made moka pot. I’m not used to drinking strong coffee. I’ve only drank coffee from an auto drip, never espresso. Since I’m Italian and my grandparents are from Italy and drank espresso , I thought I’d give it a try. Definitely a stronger coffee so I make a cremina from sugar and the first drips of the espresso. I’ve introduced my 2 teen boys to it and we’ve shared a couple pots with a biscotti. The novelty of it really brings us together and I hope to make it a tradition they remember. I bought the 6 cup pot and use the 2oz. espresso cups so the 3 of us each get 2 cups. That’s plenty since it’s concentrated caffeine and I just use Dunkin or Folgers. I was impressed by Zulay’s email when I purchased it giving me directions on how to start up and then a follow up email asking if I was satisfied. Now that’s customer service! I read their family business backstory on the box and how they got started, and frankly, I’m a sucker for a good backstory and a family picture with adorable kids on their web site. I will recommend this pot when I tell my friends how European my family has become. lol. Well done Zulay family and if my daughter and wife want to jump on the espresso wagon then I’ll have to get the larger pot. Salute!! (to your health)

Good product
It is well priced and does the same thing as more expensive items. A keeper.

Quality isn't the greatest, but it's a functioning moka pot.
The moka pot works as it should. The lid is slightly crooked, so it has a loose close feel, and is stiff to open. The spout drips when it's poured. The finish is a little scratched up, and the casting is a little shoddy.Kinda looks like it was dropped.Having said all this, I used it all the same and it does what it's supposed to do.I use a grind slightly courser than espresso, but finer than regular drip.I have used it on gas on the smallest burner, and it works well.

Strong Coffee
According to a few sources I've found online, what comes out of this appliance isn't technically espresso. I purchased the 5 cup model, which typically makes around 1 cup (i.e. 8 oz). The coffee is plenty strong and full of flavor. The actual brewing process isn't too much hassle once you get used to it. Very good

DANGER-Galvanize or Lead Residue
I bought this for my wife when she added it to her birthday wishlist. LUCKILY, I gave it a once over after she opened the present. Inside the container, I discovered bits and pieces and chunks of whatever material this thing is made of stuck all around the inside. It's very cheaply made, I think Chi-nuh. It's either Chinese Pot-Metal, some third rate galvanized material, or aluminum with a lead coating. Either way, you CANNOT get the "lead" residue off the inside after several attempts to wash, clean and wipe. I can't imagine the poison in your coffee when your boiling it. Best stear clear of this one.

Fácil de montar y de limpiar
Es para café espresso, no para tazas completas de café más suave

Arrived faulty
A bit dodgy, the lid and handle are loose and there’s a dent in the side of it. It was marked with a fault sticker but I was charged full price.Little disappointed as I want something that looks nice in the kitchen.

Excelente calidad
